On May 26, 2017, JSC “AlES” hosted the II Forum of the youth organization “Zharkyn Bolashak”. It was attended by 120 young specialists from all structural divisions of the company. The main goal of the forum is to mobilize and integrate active youth into a better environment, to determine the prospects for the development of a youth organization.
Heads of companies, energy veterans, heads of youth organizations of JSC “AZhK” and LLP “AlmatyEnergoSbyt”were invited to the forum.
“The youth organization was established just 4 years ago. Today, the youth organization conducts all the activities of our company, such as the formation of a personnel reserve, a dual training system, and corporate events of the company. Many programs for young people are being implemented, and every year new good opportunities are provided for our young specialists, ” said Nurlan Mukhamed-Rakhimov, Chairman of the Board, Deputy of the Maslikhat of Almaty. The second part of the forum was devoted to working in a group. During the trainings, young people got used to working in a group based on trust with each other, getting along, acting together, consulting each other, listening to each other and resolving disputes when solving tasks. On August 5, 2017, activists of the Zharkyn Bolashak youth organization of AlES JSC held another bike ride dedicated to supporting a healthy lifestyle, under the motto ” Youth for a healthy lifestyle!”.
The bike ride started along Abay Ave. (corner of Zheltoksan St.), then up Rozybakiev St. to Al-Farabi Ave. We reached the Park of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Then we followed Al-Farabi Avenue to Furmanov Street and finished at Abaya-Zheltoksan.

“We promote a healthy lifestyle. Healthy youth is a healthy nation. Today, more and more people are engaged in sports and we, as activists of the Ministry of Defense, are trying to attract and involve young people in sports, ” said Fariza Botakarayeva, Chairman of the Zharkyn Bolashak Ministry of Defense.

Representatives of the youth organization of AlES JSC took part in the action “Almaty – a city without HIV” at the AIDS Prevention and Control Center. Young people learned more about HIV prevention, healthy lifestyle priorities, and the benefits of mandatory social health insurance.

On October 7, 2017, the campaign “Aru Almatyga-1001 tup zhasyl zhelek”was held on the occasion of the 1001st anniversary of Almaty. 1001 trees were planted in all districts of the city.
