II Forum of the youth organization “Zharkyn Bolashak” jsc “Ales”

On May 26, 2017, JSC “AlES” hosted the II Forum of the youth organization “Zharkyn Bolashak”. It was attended by 120 young specialists from all structural divisions of the company. The main goal of the forum is to mobilize and integrate active youth into a better environment, to determine the prospects for the development of a youth organization.
Heads of companies, energy veterans, heads of youth organizations of JSC “AZhK” and LLP “AlmatyEnergoSbyt”were invited to the forum.
“The youth organization was established just 4 years ago. Today, the youth organization conducts all the activities of our company, such as the formation of a personnel reserve, a dual training system, and corporate events of the company. Many programs for young people are being implemented, and every year new good opportunities are provided for our young specialists, ” said Nurlan Mukhamed-Rakhimov, Chairman of the Board, Deputy of the Maslikhat of Almaty. Veteran power engineers Sayfutdinov R. Ya., Turegeldinova R. S., Chairman of the trade union organization of JSC “AlES” Sitdikov V. M. expressed warm wishes to the youth.
The second part of the forum was devoted to working in a group. During the trainings, young people got used to working in a group based on trust with each other, getting along, acting together, consulting each other, listening to each other and resolving disputes when solving tasks. As a result of the group work of the youth organization in 2017-2020, a draft Action plan was developed for.
