Currently, the company is part of the Samruk-Energy JSC group of companies. The organizational structure of AlES JSC includes 8 production divisions.

- The mandatory civil liability insurance contract for objects owners, which operations relate to the risk of causing harm to third parties, was concluded with «Freedom Finance Insurance» Insurance Company» JSC, the term of the contract is valid from January 06, 2025 to January 05, 2026
- Compulsory insurance agreement against accidents caused by labor (official) duties №GKP7013103250001 dated March 31, 2025 is concluded with Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan on life insurance ‘Halyk-Life’ JSC, effective period of the agreement since April 01, 2025 till March 31, 2026.

Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2015 No. 1141 “On some issues of privatization for 2016-2020” (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution) provides for the transfer of organizations of the Samruk-Energy JSC group into a competitive environment. Pursuant to the Resolution of JSC “National Welfare Fund “Samruk- Kazyna approved a list of large subsidiaries and dependent companies of Samruk-Kazyna JSC that have socio-economic significance, the ownership and (or) use and (or) disposal of which will affect the state of national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan, proposed for transfer to a competitive environment on a priority basis (List No. 1), as well as a list of those proposed for transfer to a competitive environment (List No. 2). The sale of assets is carried out in accordance with the Unified Rules for the sale and restructuring of assets of the National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC and organizations more than fifty percent of the voting shares (participation interests) of which are directly or indirectly owned by Samruk-Kazyna JSC by right of ownership (hereinafter referred to as the Rules). AlES JSC is included in List No. 1, the implementation of which will be carried out in accordance with the Rules with the involvement of independent consultants to estimate the cost, methods and conditions for the sale of assets.
