On , 201.7, Shymkent hosted the first youth Expert Advisory Council under JSC ” Samruk-Kazyna “on the topic”Transformation of consciousness”. The event was attended by more than 170 people, includingrepresentatives of JSC “Samruk-Kazyna”, JSC “Samruk Energo”, JSC NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy”, JSC “AirAstana”, JSC “Kazakhtelecom”, JSC “Kazpost”, JSC NC “KazMunayGas”, JSC “KEGOC”, etc., as well as deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, leaders of youth organizations of subsidiaries and affiliates of JSC “Samruk-Kazyna”. “Allevents were held in a creative, friendly and positive atmosphere,” . – I especially remember the first part of the event “Inspiration-Changing yourself, changing the world!” Indeed, we young people need to think about the future now in order to change the position of the company and the country as a whole. Marat Zhylanbayev, a marathon runner, is the only person on the planet who has run alone through the largest deserts of Asia, Africa, Australia and America. In the second part of the event “Development – Build on best practices!”a training course on change management was held. I learned how to apply the 3-phase change management methodology to a real project. And the third part of the eventwas devoted to the topic “Anchoring in emotions – One team – common success!”I will definitely use the experience gained in our company.

The trip to Shymkent surprised me not only with the good organization of the event, but also with an excellent venue. The beauty of the mountains is beyond words. We felt like we were in Switzerland. Very nice and cozy. During the event, we met people from different fields of activity, made friends, and shared our experience. In the future, we will work together as a team. Thanks to JSC “AlES”, Ibecame one of the most successful and active people. I encourage young people to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. While we are young, we have more chances to prove ourselves, become successful, and most importantly, we can contribute to the development of our country“
