Last year, the company provided 70% of electricity supplies. and 78% of the region’s thermal energy -. he worked in the normal mode. For example, according to the results of 11 months of the year, Ales sold 4.5 billion rubles to consumers. electricity and 4.7 million kWh. Gcal produced and supplied heat. At the same time, the company pays considerable attention to constant feedback with customers in its long-term development strategy. Almaty Power Engineers adhere to the code of Business Ethics, which over the past five years defines the principles and rules of interaction both within ales and with suppliers, partners, consumers, and government agencies. The company regularly invites City activists to yes public hearings, using all open feedback channels. This will allow you to continuously conduct a dialogue, hear and understand each other. Ales regularly conducts a survey, which gives an objective assessment of the company’s work. So, according to the results of a consumer survey in 2013, the average price of the company was 4.4 points on a 5 – point system, and in 2014-4.5 points. This indicates that the survey participants are satisfied with the fulfillment of contractual obligations with ales and the quality of the products offered.
The stability and progressive development of the company ensured the professionalism and harmonious work of the labor collective, large-scale modernization and reconstruction of production capacities. This made it possible to reduce the level of depreciation of fixed assets, increase production capacity by 70 MW and implement a large program to save energy and reduce its own needs. As a result, the reliability and fault tolerance of the system increased, internal resources were mobilized and savings were ensured, which partially compensated for the gap between exemption tariffs and increased production costs.
“The dialogue with the public is very relevant and should not be interrupted, “said Nurlan Mukhamed – Rakhimov, Chairman of the board of JSC” “Almaty power plants””.” – We hear what the customer expects from us, his assessment of our current activities. We ourselves can talk about the work carried out by the company to ensure the uninterrupted supply of heat and electricity, meeting the growing needs of the region. We will be honest about our tariff policy, the problems that arise and the possibilities of solving them. General-on the development strategy of the company, which takes into account the state policy in the field of strategic planning of the national energy security system. The head of state also spoke about the plans for the development of the energy infrastructure of the region, which he outlined in his address, and attributed these tasks to the main directions of the new economic policy.
The company has already completed a number of projects, the economic impact of which has become obvious this year. For example, only the construction of a separate water intake at CHPP-1 and CHPP-2 and the installation of water metering devices at the Kapshagai HPP will save millions of tenge. Thanks to the cleaning of the Canal channel Kapshagai HPP -. the annual level of electricity generation averages 16 million. increases in kWh.per year. The company has made млн 600 million over the past four years. more than tenge will be invested in the Environmental Protection Program. This contributed to a significant improvement in the environmental situation, significantly increasing the efficiency of industrial safety systems. The company has received certificates for greenhouse gas emissions for all production departments of the CHP. All of them are coordinated with regulatory authorities in the field of Environmental Protection.
The high environmental component is also present in the company’s project to switch from coal to environmentally friendly fuel and gas. However, these costs, reasonable and socially significant, also fall on the tariff. Ales is trying to find a reasonable balance here too. For example, cost optimization under the article” own needs”. The strategic guarantee of ensuring the strengthening of the company’s leading positions is considered to be the continuous improvement of the integrated management system. In the spring of 2014, the company successfully passed the certification of the energy management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 50001. It was conducted by the world famous company “TUV NORD”. Previously, Ales successfully passed a supervisory external audit to confirm a number of ISO standards, and now there is an integration of existing certified systems in all structures.
The company has developed 15 training programs for workers and engineering and technical personnel working at hazardous production facilities. Ales trains young specialists at the Almaty University of energy and communications, Almaty State College of energy and electronic technologies. And the company’s productions are the basis for students of these educational institutions to undergo production and pre-diploma practice. That is, Ales solves not only current issues of technical issues. Technological, personnel support, as well as advanced work. Ensuring the reliability and continuity of the supply of their products to consumers – heat and electricity.

HIGH LEVEL WITH HIGH QUALITY

“I don’t know,” he said. 70% of the electric power they supply to consumers is production, as well as 78% of the fuel energy they provide themselves. The consumer-oriented policy is not only a requirement of antimonopoly legislation, but also one of the most important factors in the development of the electric power complex.
“Representatives of JSC “”Almaty electric companies “” note that there is no contradiction in the activities of the company, which is tied to the requirements of the time.” The electricity system of the past is a socially advanced industry. For this reason, mutual understanding with consumers is a guarantee that both parties will have common security, economic security. I believe that the long-term development of your company gives a special meaning to the plan. Representatives of Almaty Electric Power have been working for almost five years in compliance with the Code of business ethics of ales. This code establishes the rules and concepts of relations not only between employees of the company, but also with suppliers, business partners, consumers, employees of public bodies of the type. The public hearings, which were conducted sparingly, and all the feedback from consumers, made it clear that there were disagreements and disagreements between the two parties. So let Qatar create the conditions for the unity of suppliers and consumers, service providers-a single vision. Among the feedback forms, one type of tool that can be used is a built-in survey. For example, in 2013, a survey of consumers calculated on a 5-point lead, the company’s price showed 4.4 points, and in 2014-4.5 points. This survey showed that consumers are satisfied with the way Ales performs its obligations specified in the contract.
The two most important results achieved during the annual professional holiday of Almaty electric power workers are unique. “I don’t know,” he said, ” but I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know. 4.5 billion to its customers.kWh of electricity and 4.7 million. “I’m sorry,” he said.
Employees believe that the coordinated work of the labor and Labor Organization, large-scale modernization in the production process and the work of the company Bayt zaindeu, aimed at increasing production capacity, ensure the Sustainable Development of ales. These modernization and finishing works gave an impetus to reduce the timeliness of the support of the equipment in production, to increase their production capacity by 70 MW. In addition, the conditions for the implementation of a large program were associated with saving electricity and reducing the cost of covering private needs. The certainty of achieving the result and the resistance to going to the bottom are strengthened, the internal resources are regulated, and the silence is dissolved. This, in turn, compensates for the increase in processing, which is spent on production, and the increase in tariffs that are sent.
According to the chairman of the board of JSC” Almaty power plants ” Nurlan Mukhamed-Rakhimov, the company’s public relations, relations with consumers can be simple. “The basis of this relationship is very strong, and it should be the best. On one side of the past, none of the customers-knowledge, and if we know how to evaluate current activities, we can bring to them the huge amount of work that the company does. We can tell you how to meet the growing demand for electricity and heat in the region. “I don’t know,” he said, ” but I don’t know.” As a whole, we have brought forward the strategic development of the national electricity safe system, designed taking into account the state policy on the strategic plan.
Ales is gradually implementing the goal of ensuring energy security of the region in a systematic way. “I don’t know,” he said, ” but I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know. For example, the construction of water intake at CHPP-1 and CHPP-2 and the installation of water metering at Kapshagai HPP allowed to save millions of tenge. By cleaning the channel of the SES, the year of electricity is on average 16 million.kW-will grow. This is a compensation for an area where there is a shortage of electricity. The company also carries out important work for the purpose of Environmental Protection and Environmental Protection. The implementation of measures for reproduction in environmental conditions gives good results. All departments of the CHP production company received certificates for greenhouse gas emissions. They were in agreement with the security guard. And the fact that it meets the international standard is in itself. Last spring, the international company” TUV NORD ” passed the ISO 50001 certification system for electricity management. In this way, several seriphatic systems are being combined, which have also been successful.
“I don’t know,” he said. At the same time, the company is preparing young specialists at the Almaty University of energy and communications and the Almaty State College of energy and electronic technologies at its own expense. And the company’s production base is an indispensable platform for them to carry out their work and gain experience. “We are in this way, the current craftsmen are solving. The future specialists of the electric power industry shared their experience in ensuring stability and safety. This is a strong commitment to traditions, as well as a good deed and care that you are doing in the direction of creating a bright future for my country,” he said.

ENERGY AT A QUALITATIVELY NEW LEVEL

About 70% of the volume of electricity supply and 78% of thermal energy. Almaty power engineers are currently pursuing a customer-oriented policy. This is not only a requirement of antimonopoly legislation, but also an important factor in the progressive development of the energy complex.
Alevtina Don, Almaty
There is no contradiction in this, JSC “Almaty power plants” believes: energy is a socially sensitive industry and mutual understanding with consumers is a guarantee of mutual responsibility and economic stability. It is to this aspect that the company pays a lot of attention to its long-term development strategy. For almost five years, Almaty power engineers have adhered to the Ales code of Business Ethics, which defines the principles and rules of interaction both within the company and with suppliers, business partners, consumers, and government agencies. Regular public hearings, all kinds of open feedback channels allow us to continuously conduct these dialogues and discussions, hear and understand each other. Among the forms of feedback-and a constantly conducted survey. So, according to the results of a survey with consumers in 2013, the average price of the company was 4.4 points on a 5 – point system, and in 2014-4.5 points, which indicates that the survey participants were satisfied with the fulfillment of contractual obligations with ales and the quality of the products offered.
On the eve of their professional holiday, at the last stage of the year, Almaty Power Engineers celebrate two important results: full-time, uninterrupted operation of the power complex and the same uninterrupted dialogue with the public. According to the results of 11 months of the year, the company has invested тұтынушыларға 4.5 billion in consumers. electricity and 4.7 million kWh. Gcal produced and supplied heat.
The company believes that the stability and progressive development of ales made it possible to ensure the professionalism and harmonious work of the labor collective, as well as large-scale modernization and reconstruction of production capacities. This made it possible to reduce the degree of depreciation of fixed assets, increase production capacity by 70 MW, as well as implement a large program to save energy and reduce its own needs. As a result, the reliability and fault tolerance of the system increased, internal resources were mobilized and savings were ensured, which partially compensated for the gap between exemption tariffs and increased production costs.
“Our dialogue with society, by definition, cannot be simple, “says Nurlan Mukhamed – Rakhimov, Chairman of the Board of Almaty power plants JSC. – But it is very relevant and should not be interrupted. On the one hand, we hear what the consumer expects from us, his assessment of our current activities, and on the other hand, we can talk about the work that the company is carrying out to continuously provide the growing needs of the region, heat and electricity.
In matters of ensuring energy security in the region, Ales moves step by step, consistently implementing the tasks set. According to the modernization program, the company completed a number of projects, the economic impact of which became obvious this year. For example, only the construction of a separate water intake at CHPP-1 and CHPP-2 and the installation of water metering devices at the Kapshagai HPP will save millions of tenge. Thanks to the cleaning of the Canal channel Kapshagai HPP -. the annual level of electricity generation averages 16 million. increases in kWh.per year-this is a significant growth for the energy deficit region.
The conservation program is also very extensive, although it involves the investment of significant capital from the revenues of ales. In 2009-2012 alone, the company invested млн 600 million in conservation activities.more than tenge was invested.
The company’s management believes that the strategic guarantee of ensuring the strengthening of leadership positions is the continuous improvement of the integrated management system.
-The requirements of the regulator and consumers to improve the quality of management, safety are a priority for our company, – continues Nurlan Taufikovich. – Improving the quality is facilitated by the technical re-equipment of production facilities, the introduction of advanced technologies aimed at energy saving and improving energy efficiency, as well as the development and implementation of optimization programs that we have been carrying out in recent years. At the same time, we carry out constant monitoring of the consumer market. We strive to meet the requirements and meet the expectations of customers. With a good understanding that due to the high rates of growth and development of the economy of the Almaty region, we still have work ahead of us.
The theme of quality, compliance with international production standards, also acquired a practical Sound last year. In early spring, the company successfully passed the certification of the energy management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 50001. It was conducted by the world famous company “TUV NORD”. A little earlier, Ales successfully passed a supervisory external audit to confirm a number of ISO standards, and now there is an integration of existing certified systems in all structures.
On the permanent agenda is the issue of staffing. The company has developed 15 training programs for workers and engineering and technical personnel working at hazardous production facilities. For enterprises in the energy sector, regular training of personnel in matters of safety equipment, as well as a high level of security systems, is of paramount importance. At its own expense, ales trains young specialists at the Almaty University of energy and communications, the Almaty State College of energy and electronic technologies. And the company’s productions are the basis for students of these educational institutions to undergo production and pre-diploma practice.
–Thus, we not only solve current issues of staffing, but also work ahead of time, training young specialists, – concluded Nurlan Mukhamed-Rakhimov. -Caring for future personnel, the continuity of generations of power engineers, ensuring the stability and security of the system, is not just a tribute to traditions. But caring directly and figuratively about the bright future of the country.

“I WANT TO BE LIKE MY GRANDFATHER”

I want to dedicate an essay to my grandfather Isakhan Aktanovich.
My grandfather is a role model for me and an example for all the younger generations. Having started his career as a locksmith, he went through the entire career path of an energy engineer to the managing director of a thermal power plant, and I am sure he will not stop and climb higher up the career ladder.

Isahan oktanovichMy grandfather was born on June 14, 1960 in the village of Kordai in the Dzhambul region in a family of employees – his mother was a teacher, his father worked as a veterinarian. There were three children in the family and my grandfather was the youngest. He studied well at school, especially loved geography and mathematics, engaged in boxing and wrestling outside of school hours, became a candidate for master of sports, also loved to play football, won prizes in district and regional competitions. Probably, this determined in him such character traits as determination, perseverance and leadership, which allowed him to achieve his goals in the future, clearly set goals for himself and persistently, no matter what, go to them.
Unfortunately, when my grandfather was 16 years old, his father died, and my mother had to put three children on their feet alone, probably at this difficult moment for the family, my grandfather became more sensitive and demanding, first of all to himself, which in the future forced him to set high ambitious goals for himself, which he aspired to.
After graduating from the Almaty Energy Institute in 1982, he was hired at the Almaty CHP-2 as a boiler shop mechanic and went all the way to the chief engineer of CHP-2. Every step up the career ladder was associated with incredible efforts and required enormous efficiency and responsibility, just at that moment he got married, and he had three children and he worked two jobs and it required superhuman efforts and tension from him.
In 2007, he became the managing director of CHP-1, before that, throughout his career in the energy sector, he was repeatedly awarded honorary titles and diplomas. In 1984, he was awarded the title of “Striker of Socialist Labor”, in 1985 he was awarded a Certificate of Honor from Almaty TPP-2 in honor of the 68th anniversary of labor, in 2001 he was awarded a Certificate of Honor from JSC APK in honor of Energy Day and commemoration
On the 10th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2008 he was awarded the Diploma of the Akim of Almaty, in 2009 he was awarded the title “Honored Power Engineer of the CIS”, in 2013 he was awarded the title “Honored Power Engineer of the KEA” (Kazakhstan Energy Association).
I believe that if there are more and more hardworking, responsible, ambitious and honest people like my grandfather in our Republic, then we will be able to enter the top 50 competitive countries in the world and become a country worthy of imitation.
I am proud of my grandfather and I want to grow up and be like him, achieve and surpass his achievements. For this, I now have to study perfectly and learn languages. In the 1st grade, at the end of the year, I was recognized as the “Breakthrough of 2012” according to the results of exams and the end of the school year, in 2013 I took second place in the Republican karate – kyokushin competitions held in Shymkent. And this is just the beginning……

CONVERSION OF CHP-1 TO NATURAL GAS COMBUSTION

2014-09-23 085256 smi

Public hearings on the project of expansion and installation of a new energy source based on gas turbine technologies were held at CHPP 1

The chief engineer of the project Anton Koloshin told the participants about the main tasks of the project. According to him, the main technical solutions for the reconstruction and expansion of the station are due to significant wear and tear of the main equipment and the expiration of the permissible service life of the existing steam boilers No. 8 en 11, steam turbines No. 9, 10 and two water heating boilers Article No. 1, 7. And also with the decision of the city hall to reduce the impact on the environmental situation of the metropolis. Expansion and transfer of CHPP 1 to the burning of natural gas as the main fuel will be carried out by installing gas turbine equipment and water heating and utilization boilers to cover thermal loads.
The implementation of the project is also of great social importance for residents of the adjacent district. After switching the station to natural gas as the main fuel, a decrease in emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere in the city center is predicted. The impact on groundwater is significantly reduced. Thus, in addition to increasing the reliability and quality of heat supply, the comfort of living of the population is improved.
Part of the comprehensive reconstruction work will be the improvement and landscaping of the station. The territory of CHPP-1 will be allocated with green spaces to isolate individual premises from dust, harmful gases and industrial noise.
The project will be implemented until 2018.
After the official part, the chief engineer of the project gave detailed answers to the questions of interest.
