This is the reconstruction and expansion of Almaty CHPP-2, which provides for the construction and commissioning of the boiler unit No. 8 and a new collector unit for heating networks. These projects are necessary for a comprehensive solution to the problem of heat supply in Almaty and ensuring the reliability of heat supply in the central part of Almaty, as well as at the Universiade-2017 Facilities. It is planned to reconstruct and modernize existing assets.
