Areas of responsibility within the Company:
Manages and controls the quality and timeliness of work, document flow and reporting in the following areas of the Company’s activities:
1) Ensuring the preparation of analytical materials and reviews, information references for the Chairman of the Management Board of the Company. Control over the execution of orders, instructions and assignments of the Chairman of the Management Board of the Company. He coordinates the implementation of the information and image policies of AlES JSC. Monitoring the work on maintaining the Company’s website.
2) Developing a personnel policy in line with the Company’s mission and values, long-term development plans, participating in the formation and definition of the Company’s development strategy and its priorities. Ensuring the implementation of a set of measures aimed at complying with the labour legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Company’s Collective Agreement.
3) Managing employee development and motivation with the aim of increasing employee engagement. Managing personnel costs, building effective HR processes, and applying modern technologies to improve work and interaction within the Company.
4) Carrying out work on managing social processes in the company, creating a favourable socio-psychological climate in the team, participating in the resolution of labour disputes and conflicts.
5) Managing administrative and economic activities.
6) Ensuring that marketing research on goods, works and services is carried out in accordance with internal regulatory documents.
7) Ensuring control, coordination, approval and implementation of departmental budget documentation (including long-term).
8) Interaction with authorized and state bodies.
