CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev: open dialogue and new perspectives for employees
The meeting at CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev became more than just a work event. It was a get-together where everyone could feel like part of one team, see the openness of the management, and hear about plans that affect every employee.

The station’s director, Karim Sartayev, explained how he intends to organize the work. His words conveyed confidence and an understanding of the needs of the people working at the station. He outlined the priorities: developing production, ensuring the safety and comfort of employees, and paying attention to social support. Specific measures include changes to the collective agreement aimed at improving working conditions and employee safety, providing modern personal protective equipment, and improving sports facilities. The following measures have already been implemented: free meals for staff, installation of drinking fountains and bio-toilets. These steps make everyday work more convenient and comfortable.
Employees responded positively to the open format of communication and the specific measures announced by management. RZiA electrical repair technician Adilbek Zhanibekov noted:
“I enjoyed the meeting; everything was clear and to the point. The new director made a good impression – it’s clear that he understands what we need. There are many useful things in the agreement, both about housing and family support. After the meeting, I felt calmer and happier to be working here.
Ainur Iemberdiyeva, an electrical machine repair technician, continued:
“I was particularly pleased with the news about the housing program. We have been receiving free meals for the second month now, which is a great help. There are now bio-toilets and drinking fountains – small things, but nice. After the conversation, I felt that we are really in good company, where people care about us.
Dastan Balabayev, head of the motor transport department, believes that the meeting went well:
“We met the new director and discussed business. There is good news for the whole company – new equipment and vehicles have been purchased, and in some departments even the furniture has been updated. It is clear that the company is investing in development and in people. Everyone’s spirits have been lifted – there is confidence that we are moving in the right direction.

The meeting proved that the CHPP-1 team and the plant’s management are united in their main goal – to develop production, improve comfort and safety at work, and strengthen social guarantees for employees. Such meetings are planned to be held regularly to inform employees about new improvements and receive feedback from the team.
