AlES: mini-gymnastics and pleasant bonuses
The company’s autumn morning started with active mini-gymnastics. But it’s not just a warm-up – the program includes exercises with dumbbells, jump rope and push-ups. This approach to the beginning of the working day helps to improve physical fitness, increases concentration and energizes positivity.
Employees gather in the lobby, where there is enough space for morning exercises. The complex includes strength and cardio exercises, which allows you to work different muscle groups and stimulate blood circulation.
– I really enjoyed participating in the mini-gymnastics and receiving nice gifts. And I also lifted my mood for the whole working day, – shared Olga Kuzmina, Chief Manager of the Operations Service.
Bekzada Turganbayev, General Counsel of the Contractual and Legal Work Department, was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of cheerfulness and optimism in the team.
– Before the start of work with the moral support of active employees of the company, I did a little exercise, getting a charge of vigor and good mood for the whole day. Thank you very much to the organizers for such surprises and heartfelt attitude to the employees, Bekzada continued.
To keep them motivated and add an element of fun, employees received a small portion of vitamins – apples and lemons – for participating in the mini-gymnastics. These symbolic rewards not only stimulate participation, but also create an atmosphere of positive teamwork.
Ruslan Shoibek, Head of HR Department, did 50 push-ups on his fists, he believes that this classic exercise strengthens pectoral muscles, shoulders and arms. In his opinion, push-ups also help improve endurance and overall fitness.
This format of mini-gymnastics energizes and creates a friendly atmosphere in the team. As a result, all participants get good health and a great mood, which also affects the overall productivity of the team!
