AlES corporate culture: proven level and growth points
From 1 October to 1 December 2025, scheduled testing of knowledge of the Code of Conduct was conducted in all production departments of AlES JSC and at the head office. A total of 3,017 employees out of a total workforce of 3,126 took part in the procedure, demonstrating a high level of staff engagement.
The testing was conducted in an automated format. Each participant was asked to answer questions by selecting the correct option from several options. To pass, they had to get at least 80% of the answers right.
The employees took the test seriously. At the head office, department heads, specialists, and employees all passed the test. Similarly, in the production departments, directors, chief engineers, and staff of various categories showed strong results.
The test results showed that employees have a solid grasp of the Code of Conduct and understand the importance of complying with corporate standards. The final results create a favorable impression and confirm that ethical standards are an important part of AlES’s corporate culture. The existence of uniform rules contributes to improved interaction, mutual respect and increased efficiency in teamwork.
‘Ethics begins with relationships between people. When a manager and an employee understand each other, an atmosphere is created in which it is comfortable to work and develop,’ noted Aliya Erseitova, the company’s ombudsman.
During conversations with department employees, it was noted that the staff is committed to maintaining a positive image of the company and a friendly atmosphere in the teams. At the same time, there have been isolated cases of violations of business ethics and inappropriate communication between managers and subordinates. Such situations indicate the need for additional work in the area of management communications.
Consistent work in this direction will help maintain a high level of corporate culture and create a positive, stable atmosphere in all divisions of AlES JSC.
