People who have dedicated themselves to the energy sector occupy a special place at AlES JSC. That is why the participation of AlES employees in the national competition ‘Enbekzholy’ was a remarkable event and a source of pride.
At the regional stage of the competition in Almaty, the Bezruk family won the honorable first place in the ‘Best Labor Dynasty’ category. Three generations, more than two hundred years of combined work experience, dozens of stories of dedication to the cause – these are not just numbers, but a living chronicle of the energy industry.
Energy has always been a part of our family. My grandparents were very hard-working. My father, Viktor Vladimirovich Bezruk, became an example of love for energy and professionalism for me and my sister. It is a pity that he did not live to see his retirement, which was only eight months away. Although my uncle is now retired, people still turn to him for advice. My sister and I are continuing the dynasty, and I hope that our children will continue it too. I wish prosperity to our Republic and the energy sector. I will represent our dynasty at the republican stage and believe in victory, shared Maria Nikolenko (Bezruk), who represented the dynasty.
Zhanerke Panarkhanqyzy, a production preparation engineer at PRP Energoremont, took second place in the Best Young Production Worker category. Her story is an inspiring example for anyone just starting their professional career.
‘This award is proof to me that everyone has a chance to prove themselves. Regardless of gender, everyone has the right to realize their potential, even in such a challenging industry as energy, where women are still significantly underrepresented. I am proud to be part of such an important field and grateful for the support that helps me become stronger,’ said Zhanerke.
