“Warmth” on the stage and in the hearts

Wits & humor competition (KVN) held among Samruk-Energy Group companies: how AlES charged the whole hall with cheer

The stage once again turned into a source of energy on 23 May 2025 – not electric this time, but creative and emotional. A corporate festival of Wits & humor competition (KVN) among the companies of Samruk-Energy JSC Group was held in Almaty. The AlES JSC team symbolically called “Heat” represents a battery that does not just operate, but warms the soul. Their performance was a bright demonstration of how professionalism, humor and cohesion can create a real entertainment show. Our guys have put their passion, talent and, of course, all their creativity into their performance.

Moldir Zhampozova, an engineer at ZTС, has been participating in KVN for two years in a row:

“Compared to last year, it was an incredible level! The preparation was intense. We rehearsed, argued, and joked. And it was well worth it – the atmosphere in the hall was incredible! That was a true holiday. I had a great pleasure. There were so many bright emotions, warmth, positivity and unity!”

Evgeny Krasnoshchekov, engineer for the repair of the electric power Plant Cascade:

“I participated for the first time and gained not only stage experience, but also new friends. Such events unite us and make us closer. Thanks to HRM staff Dina Karabalina and Aizada Tleukhan for their support and concern. Even if one of the judges didn’t laugh, the audience clapped standing up. So we did everything right. I am proud of our team.”

Іliyas Zhambyl, Leading Engineer of the TVET of the Goods reception center:

“KVN is not just about humor, it’s about people, people’s soul, mutual trust and understanding. The atmosphere on the stage is incredible. We gave everything we had and received a storm of applause in return. This is priceless.”

Dias Zhienkulov, electrician of ZTC:

“The participation became a real feast for me. We didn’t just perform – we made people laugh. Bright emotions, the support of the audience, the stage – all this is going to stay with me for a long time”.

Kaisar Kalzhanov, electrician on repair of electrical equipment Kapshagai HPP named after Sh.Chokin:

“Everything was great! I would like to express my gratitude to the organizers for giving us this holiday. Many thanks to everyone who believed in us, supported us, organised it all. We were a real team.”

Well, the judges might not have enjoyed all the jokes as much as they could have. But the team “Heat” is definitely the winners in the eyes of their colleagues and fans. Applause, support of the audience, and the atmosphere of unity – all this felt like a real recognition.

The KVN team of AlES JSC is not only light and warmth, but also vivid humor, true friendship and energy, which is sufficient for everyone. We will definitely come back – with new performances, new vibe and the same heat in our hearts.
