Warmth of Nauryz: employees of AlES JSC brought joy to children
В AlES employees joined the national charity campaign “Tusaukeser” during the spring holiday of Nauryz, when nature awakens and hearts are filled with bright light. They presented children not just presents, but a touch of warmth and faith in the best to the children at the Yenbekshi kazakh multidisciplinary interdistrict hospital in the village of Baidibek Bi.
The warmth of Nauryz and the tradition of “Tusaukeser” united thousands of hearts across the country. 65 children with various diagnoses who underwent comprehensive rehabilitation made their first independent steps in rehabilitation centers which were opened with the financial support of the Samruk-KazynaTrust Foundation.
The ritual of “Tusaukeser”, the cutting of fetters, has always had a special value in Kazakh culture. This ritual symbolises the beginning of an independent life journey, and this time it was performed by Alibek Tastanbekov, Director of Kapshagay HPP named after Sh.Chokin.
– It meant more than just a traditional gesture to me, he said. – In each cut knot I saw hope. Hoping that these children, despite the hardships, will be able to move forward confidently, knowing that they are being well supported. It’s like being blessed on the path of life.
His words reflected the general sentiments: there was an atmosphere of unity in the hall where the children, their parents and hospital staff gathered. It seemed as if spring itself looked in the windows to witness this touching moment.
Brightly colored boxes filled with toys and baby walkers handed over to the children were only an external manifestation of care. The main gift was the attention.
– Their eyes shone like the first rays of sunshine after a long winter, said one of the participants. – In these smiles we could sense gratitude, which warmed our souls more than any fire.
The employees of Yenbekshi kazakh MSRB also enjoyed particular words of gratitude. Their labor is a daily feat of mercy.
– You create not just a hospital, but a home where children feel safe, Alibek Tastanbekov addressed them. – Your dedication inspires us all.
Employees of the centre, in turn, notedthat such campaigns are like a breath of fresh air. They remind that kindness multiplies when people act together.
Having finished the meeting, the guests left feeling light-hearted. They took not only memories of children’s smiles with them, but also an understanding that even a small gesture can initiate big changes.
– Nauryz teaches us that rebirth begins with small things’, summarized the director of the Kapshagai HPP. – Plant a seed of kindness and one day it will grow into a tree, under the crown of which hundreds of hearts will find shelter. If each of us spent at least one day like this – hugging a child, support someone else’s pain, say “koriskenshe” from the bottom of their hearts – the world would shine with new colours.
The “Tusaukeser” campaign was a living proof that traditions are not just rituals. And as long as we have those who are ready to bring hope, the spring in people’s souls will endure forever.
