Virtuosos of the AMS: at the height of the profession

The Armature and Mechanical Shop is one of the main structural subdivisions of the production department of AlES JSC. The shop is a part of Energoremont PRC and plays a crucial role in maintaining a high technical condition and ensuring the operability of the entire energy complex of the company.

The AMS was established in 1985, and during this time a highly professional team has been formed here. Specialists of the shop serve all three Almaty CHPPs, perform works at the request of other departments of JSC AlES. Their tasks include repair of shut-off and regulating valves, assemblies, units, manufacture of spare parts for the main and auxiliary power equipment of production departments of AlES JSC. AMS is engaged in manufacturing and repair of jigs, fixtures, spare parts and tools for structural subdivisions of Energoremont PRC.

Overcoming the mysteries of current.
Eduard BALENSKY (6th grade electrician)

And it is people – their professionalism, responsibility, high efficiency and readiness to perform the necessary work at any moment – that ensure AMS’s reliability, high production performance and reputation as a reliable partner for all the company’s structures.

One of the shop’s specialists – Eduard Balensky, an electrician fitter for electrical equipment repair. He has been working at AMS for almost three decades. From 1994 to today he has travelled an impressive path of professional growth.

– I remember my first working day here as if it was yesterday, – says Eduard Gustavovich. – I carefully watched the work of my mentor, trying to grasp all the nuances and secrets of the profession. At first I was very nervous, as they say – to the point of trembling knees, because I immediately realised the full responsibility of my work plus the need to strictly observe safety procedures.

From apprentice to professional mechanic, he has consistently passed through all the stages, starting with thoughtful vocational training. Today, his duties include: inspecting and checking the electrical equipment of the workshop’s machine park, eliminating remarks of the operating personnel and correcting malfunctions. His contribution to the work of the enterprise, ensuring the continuity and reliability of electrical equipment cannot be overestimated.

– It is very important for me to work in the same rhythm with the team, to be at the top of my profession. But no less important factor for success in my profession and in life is the support of my family, says Eduard Balensky. – My parents have always been an authority for me, and their example has been a source of inspiration for me. I have always valued their judgement. I do not create idealized idols for myself, but I appreciate the wisdom and experience of those around me. The main wealth in my life becomes the accumulated life experience. I am proud of my labour, and I am glad that my children respect me and are proud of me. This is what makes my every working day meaningful.

Eduard Balensky, like many people, as a child dreamed of adventures and discoveries of an archaeologist, of discovering ancient mysteries and riddles. However, as it turned out, there are mysteries in life that fascinate even more. For him it became the mystery of the running electric current. Interest, desire to reveal the secrets of the current, already at the age of 14 years overcame early childhood dreams. Before the mystery and power of the current, Edward could not resist.

Well, as for the mysteries of history, archaeology, human essence, the fascination remained. But he finds answers to these questions in nature, horticulture, creativity and books. His favourite works are ‘The Quiet Flows the Don” by Mikhail Sholokhov, “Bayazet” by Valentin Pikul and “The Master and Margarita” by Mikhail Bulgakov. He enjoys travelling through the pages of these works, being saturated by the wisdom of the characters and inspired by new ideas.

“Reanimator” of equipment and “lord” of fire.
Andrey KRASYUKOV (gas-flame equipment repair and testing fitter)

It is probably natural that integral, multifaceted natures can show their abilities and talents in any field. But, as a rule, they choose the place of application of their talents, where they can bring the maximum benefit.

Like Eduard Balensky, Andrei Krasiukov’s career path as a sixth-grade toolmaker began with a deep interest in the energy sector. This passion led him to AMS, where he has been working for 20 years. He has a unique specialty, the only one in the whole huge organisation – a mechanic for repair and testing of gas-flame equipment.

– It all started with a deep interest in electricity and a desire to unravel the mysteries of its origin. Since the moment I realized my vocation, my life has become rich and exciting,” admits Andrey Borisovich. – Working in the energy sector is not just a profession for me – it is an opportunity to reanimate various equipment and contribute to the strength of the city’s energy system.

His first mentor was Gennady Semenovich Ovechkin, who inspired the future specialist and taught him many secrets of the profession. Although Andrey Krasyukov believes that it is impossible to learn everything, but one should strive for it every day. He likes the fact that at work there is an opportunity to constantly improve his professional level. And from the unlearned to date remains – not only in his dreams, but also in his plans – to master the skill of turbine repair. And further on – new tasks.

– The launch of the eighth boiler at CHPP-2 made an indelible impression on me,’ continues Andrey Krasyukov. – My professional dream is to minimize the number of equipment failures. In this endeavour I am supported by our wonderful team of specialists. It is important for me not only to do my job, but also to love it. I am devoted to technical literature, reading which I immerse myself in the world of knowledge and discover new horizons. That is why my favorite books are: “Young Radio Amateur’s Handbook”, “Machine Repair Handbook”, “Metalworking Handbook”. For me, production tasks have always been and remain not an obstacle, but an interesting challenge. My motto is to fight, to search, to find, not to give up. This principle is backed up by my father’s valuable advice – to work on your conscience.

Andrey Borisovich is proud of his path in power engineering and continues to move forward, believing that life is research, creativity and constant striving for perfection in power engineering. And his special professional pride is that he was able to improve and successfully apply the technology of manufacturing the torch mouthpiece of the American company “Harris”.

– I am sure that every employee should have diligence and diligence to bring maximum benefit to the company, – concludes the professional, fitter – virtuoso Andrei Krasyukov.

Women’s super… strength.
Adalad ISRAILOVA (3rd class tool fitter)

In addition to repairing equipment, maintaining it in a serviceable and reliable condition, AMS specialists are also engaged in a thorough study of the causes of increased wear of equipment, its downtime and failures, investigation of accidents and incidents, development and implementation of measures for their elimination and prevention. The team forms a kind of catalogue of potential problems, an algorithm for their prevention and solution.

A great contribution to this endeavour is made by experienced specialists, including Eduard Balensky and Andrei Krasyukov, but also by relatively young workers. Among them is Adalyad Israilova, a tool fitter. Colleagues treat her with respect and call her the embodiment of stability and professionalism in her work. Her work experience here is only 6 years, but she says with full confidence that she has found her true vocation. She thanked her first mentor, Al-Farabi Kenesbaevich Uteulov, for this.

She is responsible for managing all aspects of the shop’s work: receipts, movements, write-offs and issuing tools. For her the main thing in her work is stability, understanding of the essence of the case, accounting, analysis. She is not just a toolmaker, but a specialist who contributes to the creation and maintenance of stability and quality in the work of the whole company.

Adalyad is not only beautiful and smart, but also a sportswoman, she is a member of the women’s team of the department of Energoremont PRC on volleyball, and last year she defended the honour of AlES JSC at the annual spartakiade “Samruk-Energo” in Burabay.

– Energoremont PRC – a power, and AMS – a superpower! Here I found not only a job I love, got professional development, but also gained support and mutual understanding, which are so important in the labour process, – says Adyalad. – For me, work is not just an obligation reflected on paper – in the employment contract – but also an interesting task and an opportunity to be part of the best team possible.

Straightforward, responsible girl has perfectly mastered the male, in general, profession, and perfectly copes with her tasks, softening the atmosphere of the male team with female charm and mood. She admits that she has a strong intuition, which helps in her work, and her love for detectives has developed in her such qualities as logic, systematic thinking. These qualities, combined with her long-time dream of becoming a trainer – with the will, the ability to manage people, to achieve goals – endow her with such characteristics that there is reason to say that Adalyad Tlyamovna – a female superpower for AMS!

Like on the front line.
Al-Farabi UTEULOV

It so happened that the man, who had never thought of becoming a power engineer, got a temporary job at the enterprise, but stayed here and has been working at AMS for more than 30 years. Moreover, now Al-Farabi Uteulov heads the Armature and Mechanical Shop. And he does not regret this choice. Although, probably, there were those who were surprised at him, because Al-Farabi Uteulov graduated from school with a gold medal and from university with a red diploma.

At first he was employed in the department of CHPP-3, and then he was transferred to Energoremont PRC, where he demonstrated knowledge of the specifics of work, experience and high responsibility.

During this time he not only gained authority in AlES JSC, but also raised a whole pleiad of students, including Adyalad Israilova, who expresses her great gratitude to him for science. According to the shop staff, Al-Farabi Uteulov is a professional, responsible and fair manager and at the same time – a talented mentor, with a real pedagogical gift. He himself says that he had a good school – his mentor was Ilya Mikhailovich KarGU, a Finn by nationality, repressed and exiled to Salekhard during the Second World War. And now he himself passes the baton of knowledge and experience to his students.

However, Al-Farabi Uteulov does not separate the management of the workshop and work with young people, believing that all these things are interrelated. It is important to him that the shop staff – both experienced and young workers, trainees – fulfil their production tasks in a professional manner.

– We have a wonderful team of professionals with high human qualities, says Al-Farabi Kenesbayevich. – Although our work is like on the front line: at weekends and holidays – at any time of the day – they can call and summon us to organize and carry out emergency work. And in the shortest possible time. And we all know how to mobilize for this. If you look at it, we are machine builders in the energy sector, and we have our own peculiarities. For example, we work with metal-cutting machines, welding and gas-cutting equipment. Our arsenal includes power and pneumatic tools. We also carry out forging and cable-braiding work, repair and testing of gas-flame equipment, jacks, hoists, winches and much more. We give a second life to worn out and defective parts and mechanisms, create from a piece of metal products needed by people and the enterprise. I like the fact that the result of our labour is immediately visible. It is obvious and real: manufactured parts and repaired equipment.

He teaches young employees all this and, most importantly, this attitude to work, advising and wishing them to adhere to the rules of constant self-education – technical, creative and spiritual. Everyone should be unique and inimitable, Al-Farabi Kenesbayevich is sure.

– In any profession it is important to be not only a good specialist, but also a decent person, says Al-Farabi Uteulov. – In our work I like to feel useful to the enterprise, society and people. It is a pity, of course, that in today’s society the profession of a power engineer is not the most prestigious. This is partly due to the fact that workers’ remuneration is low. But there is also something that attracts. The peculiarity of our department is its diversity, the largest number of workers among all departments of AlES JSC. I like our team very much. We have a lot of interesting, colourful personalities working in our shop, there are a lot of amazing people among the customers from the departments of AlES JSC and contractors.

A balanced, responsible and disciplined manager serves as an example for the staff of AMS. And his pedantry in work admires many people.

– I have a strict daily schedule: everything is planned, at work I write down a list of things to do in my diary in the morning, – confirms Al-Farabi Kenesbayevich. – In the morning, I make reports on staff output and incidents, and with foremen we plan the distribution of work for the day. Then – going round the workplaces, checking e-mail messages, processing requests from departments, participating in the acceptance of examinations according to the schedule. In addition – making reports to higher authorities upon request, solving organizational and technical issues with customers and employees, if necessary – trips to the PRC office and Repair and mechanical workshop – 1, 2, 3 sites …

Al-Farabi Kenesbayevich never stops learning and striving for perfection. He admits that he is able to be surprised by new things. He still remembers what strong impression his first visit to Kapshagayskaya hydroelectric station made on him, which is different from thermal power stations.

He is tireless in life: hiking in the mountains and travelling with friends, playing table tennis, chess, preference. The great happiness and support for him is his family. Al-Farabi Kenesbayevich is sure that there are no barriers in life that cannot be overcome and dreams of a long and happy life for his children and relatives.

After all, the main thing in life – in addition to his favourite work – is the health and well-being of his close people as well.

The banner of the one going to the goal.
Maxim KIRKITSA (6th grade mechanical assembly fitter)

An intelligent locksmith. It’s rare to hear that. But Maksim Kirkitsa, speaking about his first mentor Vitaly Borisovich Chekhonadsky, characterized him in exactly the same way: “an experienced, intelligent fitter, of the old communist steeling”. That elite of the working profession passed on to the youth more than just experience, knowledge, skills, but also – pride for the profession, respect for it, understanding of its importance. This is what distinguishes Chekhonadsky’s students today.

– Since childhood I have dreamed of becoming a power engineer, I have always been fascinated by this profession because of its importance and demand in all sectors and spheres of life. But my personal path to the energy sector was long and thorny. And when finally, in 2011, I came to Energoremont PRC, I realized that I belonged here, says Maxim Sergeevich, an assembly fitter at AMS. – The peculiarity of our department lies in the company’s exceptional need for power plants. On my first day of work, I was impressed by the size of the machines that generate electricity and the equipment that supports their operation. The production itself impressed me with its grandiosity and scope. I think that if fate had given me a second chance, I would not have wasted my money on trifles, but would have pursued my goal more purposefully.

Maksim Kirkitsa has been working at AMS for 12 years and today he is one of the leading specialists of the company. His job duties include scheduled and urgent work related to ensuring uninterrupted power supply. This requires from him concentration, responsibility, clear actions. He has learnt to manage his time, which allows him to plan his entire working day.

– Working at an energy company is difficult and extremely dangerous, says Maksim Sergeevich. – That’s why I always say: power engineers, be disciplined, fulfil safety requirements, keep an eye on the equipment. For me, the main thing is to be needed at my workplace, and in my profession, I like the opportunity to breathe “life” into a billet and make it functional. I like the fact that we can restore any worn part or assembly. The ability to handle metal, to know its properties and qualities has helped me feel like a true pro many times. My professional dream is to achieve the highest quality result. And since my job is to repair power equipment, I would like to know the work of machines in details and as a whole. Not always and everything works out at once. But in difficult situations I am helped by the experience of previous generations, shared with us by our older, more experienced specialists and mentors.

Maksim Kirkitsa says that if he had his own banner, then it would have his symbols on it. And, probably, as a motto it would read: “Everything is interesting, but I hope that the most interesting is ahead”. This is his approach to life, forcing him to move forward all the time.

He has great respect for his colleagues, believing them to be professionals with mostly positive qualities. It is very important for the production team that, in addition to professional skills, colleagues possess such qualities as integrity, culture of communication, respect for other people, he believes.

– My dreams are standard, as many good people have, – says Maksim Sergeevich. – But striving for higher goals helps me to live an interesting life. The main things in my life are home, family, communication with loved ones, work, and a clear sky above my head. I am glad that my children treat my work with respect. And my mission in life is to help my loved ones. And although my family heirlooms do not have a great financial value, the spiritual staples and traditions passed on by my parents serve as a reliable support in my life.

My profession chose me.
Zhandos KACHEEV (Master of AMS)

Zhandos Kacheev is one of those who are said: “The master’s case is afraid”. He is a foreman at the Armature and Mechanical Shop of Energoremont PRC. He has been working in AMS for nine years. But Zhandos, like many of his colleagues working in this shop, was chosen by fate and profession. Speaking about his professional path, he calls his starting point his 12th birthday, when he started working and earning money. Having worked in many places, he admits that he never planned to become a power engineer, and he got into the shop by chance, but …

– It so happened that on the very first working day, I was left to work overtime due to urgent, emergency work, recalls Zhandos Zhumanovich. – And that was the defining moment. In fact, that was how I got acquainted with the team, from which I did not want to leave. In many respects, it is such a super task that tests people for professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to fulfil their duties qualitatively and in time. AMS has very friendly, united, knowledgeable specialists who know their job. I am grateful to the occasion that brought me to the shop.

Zhandos Kacheyev considers his profession prestigious. He is sure that no matter how the industry changes, power engineers will be in demand everywhere and always.

– We are well aware of the responsibility we have, so everyone works diligently and creatively, Zhandos Zhumanovich continues. – Commitment and responsibility are our motto. But, thinking about the future, I believe that already now we need to educate and train as many young specialists as possible. That is why I have now set a task for myself – to learn the skills of … oratory, as I dream to teach young people.

Zhandos is an active participant of sports life of the enterprise and is the captain of the team of AlES JSC and “Energoremont” PRC in tug-of-war (arkan tartu). The team of “Energoremont” PRC is a permanent winner of the sports days of AlES JSC in recent years due to Zhandos’s organizational skills and creative and even scientific approach to the training process.

A taciturn but forward thinking craftsman is a valuable asset to AMS, and he will definitely achieve his goals.

The working elite.
Roman BOCHAROV

Modern society has already experienced more than one ‘fashion wave’ for professions. As a rule, office or digital professions were prioritised. Meanwhile, all these years the demand for the elite of working professions – welders, fitters, turners – has remained and even increased. To get such a master of the highest grade or to raise such a master in-house is a great good fortune for production and a guarantee of its successful operation.

At AMS, where people with the highest level of working specialties are in particular demand, there are such masters. One of them is Roman Bocharov, a boring turner of the sixth, highest grade. Few people know, but to become the first step of this profession it is necessary to study, according to the current requirements, 2 years and 10 months. Today Roman Bocharov is at the highest level of mastery of the profession. He is a master universalist, producing single parts that require special precision of machining.

– I started working early – at the age of 16. I never planned to become a power engineer, it just happened somehow. I was simply offered a job, and I accepted, says Roman Viktorovich. – My main production task is to produce quality parts. And my main production dream is to have fewer emergencies.

He considers his job prestigious. It is no coincidence that young people began to enter the profession. At the same time, he is confident that only by polishing professional skills, it is possible to achieve genuine peaks of mastery, if there is a desire for improvement and showing high responsibility in everyday life.

He himself is at the level of skill when the variety and complexity of the work performed, new challenges arouse his professional interest and excitement. So, although there is no rank higher than the sixth, the path of the master to perfection is endless …

The soul of the AMS.
Mariam BEKMUKHAMEDOVA (engineer for the organization of labor rationing and wages)

In 2025, Mariam Bekmukhamedova, an organization and rationing engineer at the AMS, will celebrate her thirtieth anniversary in the energy sector. Like many young people, at one time choosing a profession, she did not even consider this area. As a child, Mariam dreamed of being a civil engineer like her parents. She was proud of them, and also that her mother was still the chairman of the trade union. The girl saw how her mother was treated in her team, how she solved people’s questions. Years later, Maryam followed her mother’s path in the main. Not so much in the profession, but in following the principles of life: responsibility, commitment, ability to work, energy, the desire to learn and improve, to be friendly to people.

Mariam Bekmukhamedova has a higher education in economics, and she planned to find a job in the financial sector. But fate decided otherwise and “directed” her into the energy sector. As Maryam admits today, it was a good turnaround for her: a necessary and interesting profession, an important job that she values, a wonderful team, stability in life. At the same time, she, like her mother, is involved in trade union work: Mariam Satovna is the head of the trade union of the production base of the PRC. Sensitive, friendly and attentive, she solves all the problems of the workshop workers and treats everyone as family and friends. The young guys of the AMS call her “our mother” for her attitude towards them.

– I joined the energy industry in 1995 at the electrical workshop of the Energoremont PRC as an engineer for the organization and rationing of labor, and in 2002 I was transferred to a similar position at the AMS. I love my job very much, I am very glad that I got into the energy industry, and it has become a part of my life. And if I had to decide again, I would choose this profession, because it gave me the opportunity to realize my abilities, develop professionally and benefit society. I well remember the feeling of the first working day, and how friendly the staff greeted me, recalls Mariam Satovna. – Such a friendly atmosphere remains with us to this day. We have a team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals. We all support each other, strive for common goals, which makes work not only productive, but also enjoyable. Perhaps an eloquent characteristic of the atmosphere of the team can be the fact that one of my mentors was Yuri Viktorovich Shashkin, and now he is the mentor of my daughter Diana, who followed in my footsteps. She now works at the AlES head office. Only solidarity, continuity, and friendliness create such long-standing traditions in the workforce. I am glad that my children see how much work and effort I put into my profession. They are proud of my work and understand its importance.

Having worked for almost 30 years, Mariam Bekmukhamedova does not stop in her professional growth and does not stop studying, and most importantly – to achieve new competencies. Youth enthusiasm allows her to set goals, for example, to learn how to work with artificial intelligence. And perseverance and the ability to finish what she started are her most important qualities that strengthen faith in achieving her goals. If she had a personal coat of arms, she would definitely have inscribed the motto on it: “Never stop at what you have achieved and strive for the best.”

– Since childhood, I have dreamed of a profession that would allow me to benefit people and develop professionally. Energy has given me such an opportunity. I believe that the profession of an energy engineer in Kazakhstan is very prestigious, it plays a key role in the economic development of the country, Mariyam Satovna emphasizes. – This area is constantly developing, requiring new knowledge and skills from the staff. We have many opportunities for career growth and the realization of our goals.

According to the reviews of colleagues and the management of the AMS, she is an organized and responsible employee, plans her work day very carefully, clearly sets priorities, allocating time for the most important tasks.

I keep all the primary documentation of the workshop – from keeping a report card to developing calculations for all types of manufactured and restored products, registration of F-2 certificates, calculations and write-off of used materials, payroll of workshop workers and much more. In our work, in addition to professional skills, it is important to have qualities such as responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work in a team. I like to see the results of my work and the team, to feel needed and useful to people. I would like to wish my colleagues to remember how important their work is, to be proud of it and strive for constant learning and improvement of their skills. I wish you all success and professional achievements.

And I am sincerely glad that several years ago she was recognized by the management of Samruk-Energo JSC as one of the company’s female professionals. This suggests that everyone’s work and contribution to the common cause is important, necessary and noticeable.

The main authority for her were and still are her parents, who taught her to be responsible, purposeful and never give up before difficulties.

– Nothing prevents you from living, but it helps – the support of family and friends, as well as passion for your work. My achievement is my three children and a recently born grandson. My husband’s parents live with us. The spouse’s mother is a doctor of sciences, she is 85 years old, and her father is a doctor of sciences, a professor, he is already 90 years old. But they still write books. They need a lot of attention, and I take care of them, help them, says Mariam Bekmukhamedova. – When any difficult situation arises, I mentally determine whether anything useful will come from my decision. Only after long weighing the pros and cons do I make the right decision. I like to read books in my free time. My favorite works are “Jane Eyre” by Charlotte Bronte, “The Master and Margarita” by Mikhail Bulgakov, “Gone with the Wind” by Margaret Mitchell. And the best vacation for me is time spent outdoors or with my family. I love cooking delicious dishes, traveling and organizing trips and holidays with the families of our team on vacation. Participation in events is an integral part of my life. And the most important thing for me is for my family, relatives and friends to be healthy and happy.

The champion from the AMS.
Oleg PEKUSHCHEV

It’s amazing how people of different temperaments, characters, and hobbies quickly get used to the AMS team, and in addition to work, they find activities here that unite like-minded people, and as a result, they unite everyone even more.

Among them is Oleg Pekushchev, foreman of the shut-off valve repair section at Energoremont PRC. He got a job at AlES JSC in 2012, and having a diploma from the Kazakh State Academy of Sports and Tourism, in addition to his favorite job, he got the opportunity to improve his sport here.

Today he is not only an excellent worker, a master, a professional in his field, but also a World Championship medalist, Asian champion in bench press. In his championship piggy bank there are awards of all three merits: bronze, silver, gold, won by Oleg Pekushchev at various championships. He won his gold at the Asian Championship, which was held in Dubai in 2018. Oleg continues to play sports, and also trains the guys on the shop floor. By organizing a small gym, which has everything you need to train future champions AlES JSC. He is also confident in his profession: starting as a simple repairman– he rose to the foreman of the AMS. “Along the way”, without looking up from work, he received a second higher education in the specialty “Automotive Engineer”. Oleg says that his desire to become an energy engineer arose after the stories of familiar power engineers about his work.

“There were so many stories and fascinating moments in their stories that the desire to work in this field arose by itself”, he recalls. – And my impressions were confirmed on the very first day when I found myself on the territory of the PRC – everything was new and it was very interesting. The first working day is still memorable. Then it seemed to me that it flew by like an instant. Getting a PPE, briefings and getting to know the team where I was supposed to work immediately gave me confidence that I would be working here for a very long time. And I was also lucky, because my mentors were master Mikhail Aleksandrovich Novokshonov and Viktor Mikhailovich Shcheglov, who taught me a lot. Working and gaining experience, I can say that the main thing in our work is to give the products we restored in a condition close to new – almost like after the manufacturer. In short, it was done efficiently and professionally, because the peculiarity of our department is to maintain the efficiency of our thermal power plants all year round.

Oleg constantly emphasizes that many tasks are easily solved and within his power, because the company’s staff is “super friendly, friendly, colleagues will always share their experience or help in a difficult working moment”. This is facilitated by the profession itself, which develops and strengthens qualities such as punctuality, responsibility, determination, maximum attentiveness, and professionalism in people working in the energy sector. Because the team is the primary source of high-quality work, and knowledge, experience, and self-confidence help to make the right decision, says the foreman.

– The profession of an energy engineer is prestigious, as the country holds on and develops thanks to energy resources. The prosperity of the republic is impossible without energy, Oleg continues. “And if I had to start all over again, of course, I would choose this profession again. Perhaps even much earlier than now. The work of an energy engineer is, of course, dangerous, but there have been no such situations in my practice. Which is very pleasing. But, having worked in the PRC for a long time, I can say that the skill to quickly respond to emergencies and correctly distribute work is very necessary in our profession. This skill must be honed one hundred percent. And we have learned to cope with difficulties. The working day of a repairman is very busy. It begins with the reception of damaged units, their gradual, step-by-step restoration before transfer to the workshops. Although not everything can be fixed in one day. So I would like to wish power engineers, first of all, trouble – free work, compliance with safety regulations, constant training, and in the future – to transfer their knowledge to the younger generation.

His motto since the days of sports – faster, higher, stronger – is applicable at work. And in life, the strongest person of the AMS calls it his mission to do good. He finds time to train young colleagues, spend interesting time with his family and relatives who find his work hard, go out into nature, and generally lead an active lifestyle. Oleg tries to help other people, to be a worthy son, father, husband and brother, to honor the memory of our loved ones who passed away. This was taught by his parents, who always advised him to study, educate himself and, no matter how hard it was, move forward.

– If I were choosing a motto for my banner, then it would definitely have our beautiful mountains, peaks that symbolize the achievement of any goal, and the Sun, Oleg admits. – And also – the light and heat that our company produces.

A positive and life-affirming person, Oleg Pekushchev is also a dreamer. And this life position of his is so clearly formulated that, probably, many people can adopt it: “I dream that dreams do not end, but new ones come to replace those that have come true!”

In a world where most eyes are focused on the stars of the show, celebrities, heroes of scandals, they began to think little about those who provide us with a comfortable life with light, warmth, and a working Internet. The work of such people, carrying light, in the shadows, and meanwhile, each of the specialists of the workshops, such as AMS, is unique. Their world is like space, and their life paths, their philosophy of life are often deeper and richer than the heroes of the virtual world.

At least because they live and work in a world of real tasks that they know how to solve for the benefit of the real for all of us …
