The whole world shines when kids draw
The workforce of AlES JSC is dedicated to ensuring that every home has electricity and heat, while their children draw pictures to make the world a kinder, sunnier, and brighter place. The Kazakhstan Power Industry Trade Union has announced the results of a children’s drawing competition that brought together nearly 300 young artists from all over the country. A total of 171 drawings were submitted by our large family of AlES JSC, each one with its own story, dream and the warmth of the little artist’s heart.
The competition was held in three age categories, and our children once again gave us a reason to be proud!
The Grand Prix in the 3-7 age category was won by Aisha Baytugan, daughter of Razgul Zhnusbekova, a pump operator at the Zapadny Thermal Complex.
In the 13-16 age group, second place went to Margarita Neborak, daughter of Maxim Neborak, head of the hydrotechnical workshop at the Cascade Hydroelectric Power Plant. “I drew my family. Dad is frying delicious meals, and Mum is holding a plate. There are lots of flowers in the picture because I love them. I am very happy that my drawing was chosen! I will tell my mum that we should go for walks like this more often!” shared Aisha Baytugan.

This is not the first year that Margarita Neborak has participated in this competition: “I always like to draw, and this competition inspired me with new ideas. I came up with a plot, chose colors, and tried to convey the mood. It’s nice that adults see our work and appreciate our efforts. I’ll wait for the next competition and try to draw even better!

Every parent is proud of their children’s achievements.
Competitions like this are not just about drawings. This work teaches children perseverance, the ability to dream, and how to achieve their goals. Thank you to the organizers for giving our children the opportunity to feel important and brighten up the company’s life with their vivid colors! – says Maxim Neborak, Margarita’s father.
Each work by these young artists is a little window into the world of children’s imagination. And when there is so much warmth and love in it, we understand that the future of our large energy family is bright.
We congratulate the winners and thank all the participants for reminding us that the most important things in the world are family, love, and the ability to see the beauty around us.
