At the end of October 2025, a preventive seminar was held in the assembly hall of CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev, organized by the Security Directorate of AlES JSC together with the Anti-Drug Business Directorate and the Anti-Cybercrime Directorate of the Almaty Police Department.

The seminar was attended by deputy directors of production departments, heads of civil defense and emergency services, HR specialists and representatives of the youth association Zharyn Bolashak.

Police Major, senior operative of the UPN DP of Almaty Sulushash Dosbolova held a conversation on the topic “Prevention of drug addiction”, dwelling in detail on the signs of involvement in the use of psychoactive substances, social risks and responsibility for their illicit trafficking.

Beknazar Shakhmerden, a criminal investigator of the Criminal Procedure Code of Almaty, made a report “Prevention of cyber fraud”, talking about modern methods of Internet fraud, methods of social engineering, cybersecurity rules and measures to protect personal data.

The participants paid special attention to the issues of informing personnel and creating responsible behavior among employees. In accordance with the instructions of the Security Department, those present at the event are obliged to bring the information received to the employees of their departments.

Such preventive meetings are aimed at increasing the legal and digital literacy of employees, creating a culture of safe behavior and strengthening corporate responsibility in matters of personal and public safety.
