Sweet warmth of Nauryz: CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev held a charity fair of kindness

There was a special excitement on the eve of Nauryz – the holiday of spring renewal and unity – at B.Orazbayev CHPP-1. Here was not just a fair, but a real feast of the soul, where the aroma of fresh baked goods mingled with the warmth of hearts. The staff of the station organized a charity event, turning the tradition of Nauryz into an opportunity to help a colleague.

Golden baursaks, ruddy flatbreads, fluffy cakes and crispy chak-chak filled the tables. Different kinds of kurt and oriental sweets, which the workers had prepared with special care, were displayed next to each other. Each plate became not only a culinary masterpiece, but also a symbol of care.

– This is more than a fair – it is our common contribution to a good cause. And how great it is that today we combined a holiday with helping a loved one! – shared Gulnur Mukazhanova, master of the production section of the turbine shop, whose hands created dozens of appetizing treats.

Employees of the station were happy to buy sweets, and the ringing of coins in the charity piggy bank sounded like music. All the proceeds were donated for the treatment of Yeldar Kulmukhambetov, senior foreman of the station’s boiler shop, whose story touched the hearts of his colleagues.

– When we became aware of Yeldar’s situation, we had no doubts: Nauryz is a time of miracles, and we can be part of them, said AdiyaSarsekova, metrology engineer at the station.

The fair was not only a fundraiser, but also a moment of unity. The air was filled with laughter, conversations about recipes and plans for the holiday. Even those who are usually busy at boilers and turbines or behind documents, for a moment became one big family where everyone is important.

– This kind of Nauryz will be remembered for a long time! We didn’t just celebrate spring – we gave a piece of warmth to those who need it, said Shynar Sakenova, a laboratory assistant of chemical analysis at the Adjustment and Environmental Protection Shop, holding a bag with sweet-smelling chak-chak in her hands.

The spring festival here reminded us that Nauryz is not just about round dances and dastarkhan. It is a time when kindness becomes a deed and traditions become a bridge between people. After all, as ancestors said: “Birlikte – bereket” (“There is abundance in unity”).

May generosity of this fair become the beginning of a new, bright year and a reminder: even a small deed can make the world a warm place!
