Speaking from the heart: AlES JSC youth against violence

AlES JSC employs 3,087 people. Each of them has their own story, their own family, and their own concerns about the future. The company’s employees have 5810 children. And all of them are the main treasure for which we live and work. Every child should grow up in an atmosphere of love, respect, and safety. It was with this message in mind that the youth organization Zharqyn Bolashak initiated the filming of the social video “Youth Against Violence.”

The project became a sincere appeal from young energy workers to society – a call not to remain silent, not to pass by, and not to be indifferent.

Igen Abdyomomyn, chief manager of the Investment Budget and Analysis Department, is not only a professional with an active civic position, but also a father of four children. Participation in the video was particularly personal for him:

“Domestic violence often remains out of sight. It can hide behind outward prosperity, silence, and fear. During filming, I found myself thinking more and more often: how often do we walk past someone else’s misfortune? How often do we think, ‘It’s none of my business’? But indifference is the most dangerous thing. We need to learn to see, hear, and notice. And to speak up without fear and humanity. Only then can we change something.”

Igen is convinced that raising children means not only teaching them words and actions, but also setting an example yourself. An example of respect, compassion, and protection of the weak.

Bikensulu Mamrayeva, chief specialist of the Department of Works and Services, also took part in the project. For her, as a mother and an active member of the Youth Organization, this topic is particularly meaningful:

“Domestic violence is one of the most painful topics. It should not be hushed up. I am proud that today our young people are raising this issue openly, with courage and compassion. We don’t just talk – we take action.

The clip “Youth Against Violence” is not just a video. It is a public stance. It is a step towards dialogue. It is support for those who find themselves in difficult situations. It is hope for a society where home is not a place of fear, but a space of love.

AlES JSC is rightly proud of its people: those who work in the company and those who are building a conscious future. Because energy is not just megawatts of power. It is also the energy of the heart. Energy that can protect. Energy that can unite.
