Security culture is part of the corporate culture
22 safety and labor protection inspectors of AlES JSC were trained on the topic “Formation of a safety culture”
2022 has been declared the “Year of Occupational Safety and Health” for the Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies. The company’s action plans for 2022-2024 provide for training of employees of the occupational safety and Health service, senior and middle managers in the safety culture. Building a safety culture is a daily task for every employee of the Foundation.
In the autumn of 2022, 22 inspectors on occupational safety and health were trained in JSC AlES on the topic “Formation of a safety culture”. For better assimilation of the material, two groups are organized.

Формирование культуры безопасности мотивирует безопасное поведение работников и его вовлеченность в вопросы безопасности и охраны труда.
– The training seminar was rich and dynamic. The teacher, a high-level specialist of Successful Development Company LLP, was able to present the material organically. We have discovered new aspects of the safety culture, ways of applying it in production and in life, ” said Aisulu Irzhanova, Chief Specialist of the Industrial Safety and Labor Protection Department of AlES JSC.
AlES JSC gives priority to the focus on labor safety. A high safety culture and risk-based thinking of the company’s employees will result in zero occupational injuries.
