Scholarship from AlES: study now – be part of our team tomorrow! The future of power engineering starts with you!

AlES JSC is announcing a competition for educational scholarships to study at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Communications named after G.Daukeev!

Who can apply:

– Power engineering college graduates with a GPA of 3.0 or higher;
– School graduates with a Unified State Exam score of 50 or higher, including a minimum score of 30 in core subjects (mathematics + physics);
– Winners of technical competitions and conferences;
– Children of large families;
– Orphans and children deprived of parental care;

Athletes with the title of ‘Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan’ or international rank.

To apply, you must submit the following documents by 31 July:

– application form;
– copy of your identity card;
– copy of your diploma or certificate and transcript;
– essay or video clip entitled ‘Why I want to become an energy engineer’;
– confirming documents (if you are eligible for benefits);

The scholarship covers the full cost of tuition!

A total of 10 scholarships are available:

– 5 in the field of ‘Thermal Power Engineering’;
– 5 in the field of ‘Electrical Power Engineering’.
