Sain Sanjar: the energy of safety, lighting the way by example!

Senior Inspector for Safety and Health at Cascade HPP won the corporate competition ‘Me and AlES’ for his story about making choices that protect lives.

We are proud to announce the results of the ‘Me and AlES’ competition! The winner, whose work impressed the jury and deeply resonated with the theme of safety, was our colleague Sain Sanjar, Senior Inspector for Industrial Safety and Labor Protection at Cascade HPP!

Why Sain Sanjar? Why did his story, ‘The Energy of Safety: The Story of One Choice,’ receive the highest rating?

1. The power of personal stories: Sain Sanjar did not just talk about rules and instructions. He shared his personal choice – the choice to devote himself to occupational safety and industrial security. His video is a sincere story about what lies behind this responsible position: a deep understanding of the value of human life, an awareness of the enormous responsibility to the team and their families, and a genuine passion for creating a safe environment in every area of our important work.

2. Safety energy – these are not just words. Sanzhar brilliantly demonstrated that safety is not the absence of accidents, but an active, creative force. It is the very ‘energy’ that prevents, protects, unites and creates.
