Rule – like a habit or simple rules of order
The proverb says: clean is not where it is often swept, but where it is not littered. This applies to the city, home, and your workplace. Therefore, maintaining order and cleanliness in your workplace should become a daily habit of every person.
It is not difficult to follow simple rules for maintaining order if you bring them to automatism, and their observance will not only affect the mood, but also set a good mood for work, thereby ensuring high productivity. And if this becomes a habit of everyone in the team, then the working day will be rhythmic, productive, and most importantly – regular, which is very important for industries such as energy.
Akerke Embergenova, the chief specialist of the Personnel Sector of the Western Thermal Complex, is sure of this. – I am a proponent of maintaining cleanliness at all times and everywhere. The system is working! Speaking about the changes, she highlights the key ones: effective workplace organization has not only improved her personal productivity, but also positively influenced the overall mood in the team.
This proves that maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace is not only a matter of aesthetics, but also a guarantee of high efficiency and emotional comfort, concludes the specialist.
This approach to the organization of the working day has become her habit, which, like her character, can be called second nature of a person. In addition, it is important to remember that visible success in any business, even in the organization of the workplace, is contagious! So the followers will be …
