Representatives of AlES JSC took part in the republican event “Zhumysshy Mamandar Zhyly”

In Astana, a republican solemn event was held within the framework of the Year of Working Professions – “Zhumysshy Mamandar Zhyly,” organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event is dedicated to summing up the results of the year, honoring people of labor, labor dynasties and representatives of various sectors of the economy.

At the invitation of the Ministry, the event was attended by representatives of Almaty Electric Stations JSC – Aidos Masiraliyev, senior machinist of the Turbine Workshop CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbaev, and Maria Nikolenko (Bezruk), head of the Accounting Department of the CHPP-3. For the company, participation in such a significant republican event was a confirmation of the high assessment of the contribution of power engineers to the development of the country and the strengthening of the status of working professions.

Aidos Masiraliyev was invited as an honored guest. Representatives of AlES JSC were placed in the front rows of the hall, which became a sign of special respect for participants and enterprises representing the real sector of the economy.

A particularly significant moment was the awarding of Maria Nikolenko (Bezruk), who was awarded a diploma of the republican contest “Enbekzholy – 2025” in the nomination “Үzdik enbek auletі.” This award emphasizes the continuity of generations, loyalty to the profession and the contribution of the family to the development of the industry.

“For our family, this award is a great honor and recognition of many years of work of several generations. This is not only a personal reward, but also an assessment of the contribution of all power engineers who conscientiously do their job every day. The event made a strong impression with its scale and level of organization. It was clear that special attention is paid to the development of working professions and respect for the person of labor today. It was important for me to represent our company at such a significant republican event. Participation in such a large-scale event once again showed how significant the contribution of working people to the development of the country and the industry is,” Maria shared her impressions.

Aidos Masiraliyev expressed sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population for the invitation to such a significant event: “It was an honor for me to attend it on behalf of our company.
