PRС Energoremont: Retirement party of Tyutebayev Saken Suyinbekovich

S.S. Tyutebayev worked more than 18 years to the energy industry, and his total labour experience totals 44 years. His career in the energy sector began in 2006, when he took up the position of foreman of the Armature and Mechanical Shop of PRC Energoremont of JSC “APC”. Due to his professionalism and leadership qualities, he quickly rose up the career ladder, becoming Deputy Managing Director, and then Managing Director of PRC “Energoremont” of JSC AlES. Saken Suyinbekovich worked in this position from 2015 to October 2024.

During his years of work in the energy sector, Tyutebayev recommended himself as a technically competent specialist and an experienced manager. Thanks to his initiatives, new sections and workshops were created at the company: three sections for repairing thermal insulation at CHPP-1, 2 and 3, a workshop for repairing high-voltage equipment, and a section for repairing auxiliary boiler equipment at CHPP-2.

Colleagues highly appreciate Saken Suyinbekovich’s work. For example, Tatiana Vlasova, Leading Engineer of the Metals and Welding Service, who has worked with him for more than 15 years, notes his unique ability to work with staff and maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere in the team. She recalls how he quickly got to grips with the power industry, despite his mechanical engineering background, and always found an approach to solving the most difficult problems.

Al-Farabi Uteulov, Head of the Armature and Mechanical Shop, worked under S.S. Tyutebayev for more than 10 years. “It was very comfortable for me to work with Saken Suyinbekovich, as we had one profile education of mechanical engineers of the mechanical engineering faculty of KazPTI. We had full understanding in solving all issues. Special thanks to Saken Suyinbekovich for his help and support in solving personnel issues on recruitment and training of young machine-tool specialists”, continues Al-Farabi Uteulov.

Shaimardan Amrayev, Head of the Logistics Department, recalling the first years of working with Saken Suyinbekovich, emphasizes his eagerness to improve and his ability to organize corporate events. He regularly organized outings to the countryside, where his colleagues enjoyed atmospheric friendships, played guitar, grilled kebabs and laughed heartily.

With his retirement Saken Suyinbekovich opens a new chapter in his life, which will be dedicated to his family, hobbies and favorite grandchildren. Colleagues and friends wish him good health, remembering with warmth not only his professional achievements, but also his sincere kindness, hospitality and ability to bring people together.
