On the introduction of a temporary compensatory tariff for regulated services for the production of thermal energy from 01.09.2025

Almaty Electric Stations JSC hereby informs that by joint Order of the Departments of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Almaty No. 51-OD dated 10 July 2025 and for the Almaty Region No. 121-OD dated 10 July 2025, a temporary compensatory tariff for regulated services for the production of thermal energy has been approved, to come into effect on 1 September 2025 for a period of one year:

− from 1 September 2025 – 5,387.95 tenge/Gcal (excluding VAT);
− from 1 January 2026 – 5,496.49 tenge/Gcal (excluding VAT).

The tariff was approved in accordance with subparagraph 3) of paragraph 2 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Natural Monopolies’ on the following grounds:

− failure to implement the measures of the approved investment program included in the tariff.
