On changing the tariff for regulated heat energy production services from 05.09.2024

Almaty Electric Stations JSC hereby informs that the Joint Order of the Departments of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Almaty city No. 82-OD dated 28 August 2025 and Almaty region No. 114-OD dated 29 August 2025 approved the levels of tariffs for regulated services for heat energy production with implementation from September 5, 2025:

– from 05.09.2025 – 5 740.81 KZT/Gcal (excluding VAT);
– from 01.01.2026 – 6 095.31 KZT/Gcal (excluding VAT).

Tariffs were approved in accordance with subparagraphs 1) of paragraph 1, article 22 of the Law of RK “On natural monopolies” on the following grounds:

– change in the type and cost of strategic goods and (or) tariffs (prices) for transportation of strategic goods subject to state regulation.
