Labor energy: Nikolay Anatoliyevich Vybornyi

The staff of Kapshagai HPP named after Sh.Chokin there had a warm and respectful retirement farewell of Nikolay Anatolyevich Vyborniy, a 6th grade electrician of dispatching equipment and teleautomatics of the Communication and Computing Group of the Electromachine Shop. His labor path at the station represents devotion to his profession and impeccable skills.

Nikolay Anatolyevich proved himself as a technically skilled specialist, eager to introduce new technologies and improve working processes. “He was always considerate of emergency tasks, regardless of the time of day, and took on the most difficult part. One could always entrust him with the responsible work”, notes Anatoly Viktorovich Miller, Chief Specialist of the Communications and Computing Group.

Nikolay Anatoliyevich was born on 1 st February of 1962 in the city of Tselinograd (nowadays Astana). In 1972 his family has moved to Kapshagai. After graduating from school in 1978, he entered the Almaty Energy Institute, which he graduated from in 1981.

His professional career began as a communications fitter at the City Communications Centre, and then he served two years in the armored forces of Belorussia. In the summer of 1983 he got a job at Kapshagai HPP as an electrician of communication. He was mentored by the veteran of the station, senior engineer of communication Evgenyi Georgiyevich Sklyarov, who was able to pass invaluable experience and knowledge to the young specialist.

In 1991, Nikolay Anatolievich was appointed as an electrician of instrumentation and automation at Kapshagai boiler house, and in the late 90’s he had worked as a communications fitter at Kazakhtelecom. In 2000 he was back to work at Kapshagai HPP, where he worked until his retirement, being an important part of the team.

More than two decades of work experience at the station, dedication to his work and high professional qualities made Nikolay Anatolievich a highly respected specialist. His experience accumulated over the years has turned out to be invaluable for his colleagues.
