Joining the power industry with AlES

A large-scale job fair was held on 29 April 2025 at the Almaty University of Energy and Communications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev. The event brought together more than 35 leading companies in the fields of energy, information technology, telecommunications and engineering solutions.

AlES JSC became one of the active participants in the event. Our company’s reps got to meet students, who were already familiar with the internal structure and atmosphere of our production units thanks to their previous dual training. This made the dialogue very lively and trusting.

A total of more than 15 applications were received from final-year students in fields such as thermal power engineering, electrical power engineering, automation, management and radio telecommunications, said Gauhar Temirova, a leading specialist in the Personnel Training Department. – They showed a great interest in working at AlES JSC in the future and proved they really grasp the industry.

“We invited second- and third-year students to participate in industrial internships, including elements of dual training. This type of interaction allows students to immerse themselves more deeply in the specifics of the profession and start building their careers while still at university,” continued Alia Taizhan, a leading specialist in the Human Resources Department.
