It all starts with trust: team building at PED of CHPP-2 named after A.Zhakutov

A truly strong team is not only formed in workshops and at meetings, but also outside the office, when colleagues become closer, getting to know each other better and learning to rely on each other. The first joint team building event for employees of the Production and Technical Department of CHPP-2 named after A.Zhakutov was just such an opportunity.

The event was initiated and organized by the deputy head of the Production and Technical Department, Beglan Razkul. He is well acquainted with the format of horse riding trips: he had previously organized similar trips with other employees of the station and was convinced that it was precisely the interaction with horses, the fresh air and the change of scenery that helped people to relax and establish warm relations within the team.

The girls from the Production and Technical Department found participating in this type of team building a genuine discovery: most of them were riding horses for the first time. And this is what made the event so special and memorable.

“Horse riding was a real thrill,” said PED technician Aigul Nurtayeva. “It was especially valuable to socialize outside of work and feel the lively, warm energy of the team. For me, it was my first experience of this kind, and it turned out to be surprisingly enjoyable.

PED engineer Zhanna Serikbayeva noted that such get-togethers really bring people closer to each other:

“The team building took place in a warm, friendly atmosphere that fostered genuine unity. We became closer as colleagues and as individuals. This is very important for high-quality interaction at work.

Metrology engineer Aydana Shargynova emphasized the value of such initiatives:

“It is very nice that the team pays attention not only to work, but also to human relationships. This motivates, strengthens trust and makes work processes smooth and effective.

A day in nature, riding horses, chatting and a cozy dinner in a relaxed setting – all this made the meetup really memorable. Moments like these not only recharge your batteries, but also build a real team.

We want to thank Beglan Razkul for his inspiration, care, and thoughtfulness towards people. Let’s hope that these kinds of get-togethers become a cool tradition at the CHPP-2 named after A.Zhakutov!
