Interactive master class for children of employees

At the height of the summer holiday season in the health camp “Edelweiss” employees of the Department of Industrial Safety and Labour Protection of AlES JSC held an interactive master class on safety for children of the company’s employees.

An interactive masterclass is a modern method of teaching, where participants learn from an expert and practise their skills in practice. The most important thing is that this format allows to simulate situations, and children can ask and discuss the most unexpected, diverse and very important questions. The children took full advantage of this.

– It is very important to discuss and talk to children about safety rules, – says Aisulu Irzhanova, Chief Specialist of the Occupational Health and Safety Department of AlES JSC. – Before travelling to the summer camp, we carefully thought over our performance. And decided how to talk about safety to children: to explain and argue, so that children from a young age to understand and understand the importance of safety rules! That’s why our interactive master class was very interesting and informative for children. Children surprised us with their great knowledge, answered all the questions correctly, showed that they know all the meanings of safety signs.

By the way, more than 250 children and grandchildren of AlES JSC employees had a rest in the children’s camp during the summer.

The master class on safety for children was held in order to increase the level of safety culture and involvement of AlES JSC employees in the issues of safety and labour protection. Each employee of the Company always remembers that he/she is expected home from work safe and sound.
