Hearts united by kindness: AlES employees presented warmth throughout the days of Nauryznama
Almaty’s spring has begun not just brightly with the first rays of sunshine, but also with a great wave of kindness, which was initiated by AlES JSC. Within the framework of the decade of Nauryznama the company held a genuine marathon of kindness, combining care for the city, children and labour veterans. Starting from distribution of treats to those who invisibly create clean streets, to warm meetings with children from orphanage – every step of this marathon became a sincere reminder: kindness changes the world.
“Nauryz Meyiramy”: Gratitude to those who keep the city clean
The campaign began with gratitude to those whose labour often remains in the shadows. Volunteers of AlES JSC stepped out into the streets to treat the workers of public utilities with water, croissants with chicken and dates. For many of them it was an unexpected but touching gesture of attention.
Bikensulu Mamrayeva, Chief Specialist of the Works and Services Department, shared:
– With every grateful glance, I felt how important our support is to them. These people work in all weather conditions to make our city shine. Even a small token of recognition can warm their hearts.
Aizada Tleuhan, Chief Specialist of the Staff Training Division, added: “During the days of Ramadan, it is especially important to share warmth. The smiles of these people are the best reward. Such moments remind us that kindness is a language that everyone understands”.
And engineer Adil Abildayev from the Electrical Laboratory of B.Orazbayev CHPP-1 confessed:
– We saw vivid emotions – ranging from embarrassment to joy. It’s inspiring to believe that even a simple word like “thank you” can change someone’s day.
A holiday for those waiting for a miracle: tulips, pizza and hope
The next stop of the marathon was Almaty Regional Orphanage №1. Here 15 girls welcomed spring not only with gifts like T-shirts, tights and bouquets of tulips, but also pizza, cake and juices.
Sanzhar Sain, a senior inspector at Cascade HPP, said: “We wanted March 8 to be a day when they felt special. Their eyes shone – that is the best gratitude. The children reminded us that happiness is in simple things: attention, care, sharing tea”.
Dias Zhienkulov, an electrician for electrical equipment maintenance at the ZTK power plant, did not hide his emotions:
– Participating in the marathon I realized: they give us more than we give them. Their sincerity is a lesson in how important it is to appreciate every moment. Now I will definitely participate in such campaigns more often.
In the orphanage on this day sounded laughter hope that goodness does not end with the departure of guests.
Gratitude to the veterans: your wisdom is our foundation
The marathon ended with a warm gesture to those who have devoted years of work in AlES JSC. Nine retirees of production departments were presented with certificates to food shops. This is not just a gift – it is a symbol of gratitude for their labor, experience and dedication to the company.
“Our veterans are the living history of the enterprise. Their knowledge and wisdom laid the foundation for today’s successes”, the company’s trade union noted.
Kindness as a tradition
The marathon of kindness of AlES JSC showed: corporate social responsibility is not reports, but live emotions. When engineers, electricians and specialists become volunteers, they do not just fulfill the plan – they create links, ties between generations, between those who give energy to the city and those who give warmth of heart.
“Such initiatives are part of our culture”, the company emphasizes. – After all, Nauryz is not only a holiday of spring, but also a time of unity. And we will continue this tradition so that kindness, like energy, is transferred further.
In the meantime, employees of AlES JSC are already planning to organize new campaigns. After all, as Abay said: “A kind heart is the most reliable support in life”. And this support becomes stronger when it is supported by many people.
