“Energy that is growing”: employees of AlES took part in the “Taza Kazakhstan” campaign

A new green area has appeared on the territory of CHPP-3 and FRUC – company employees planted trees as part of the nationwide environmental campaign “Taza Kazakhstan”. A total of 600 trees were planted on the site.

This campaign was not just a part of a state program to improve the environmental situation, but also a personal contribution by each participant to a clean and green future for Almaty.

“We generate heat and electricity for the city, but it is equally important to preserve the warmth of our land. The “Taza Kazakhstan” campaign helps us feel that each of us can do something meaningful for nature,” noted Olzhas Abil, Chief Specialist of the Environmental Protection Department of “AlES” JSC.

Deciduous tree species, resilient to the local climate and industrial conditions, were selected for planting. The new saplings will take root near the station, forming a green belt that will symbolize care for the environment.

“When you hold a young tree in your hands, you feel a special responsibility. It is like a living hope for the future – for clean air, a beautiful city, and a healthy life,” shared Abzal Zhakybayev, Director of CHPP-3.

The “Taza Kazakhstan” campaign once again confirmed that environmental care at “AlES” JSC is a daily commitment, not just a formality.

The company consistently develops environmental programs, improves its sites, reduces emissions, and supports green initiatives.

“May every tree planted today become a contribution to a future where clean air and green streets are the norm, not a dream. Everything begins with a simple step,” emphasized Svetlana Yermolina, Environmental Engineer at CHPP-3.

The newly planted trees will now become part of the living history of the station – a symbol that the energy of labor and the energy of life can grow together.
