Both necessity and improvement
To improve your own production site, you do not have to wait for mass actions, crowded Saturday voluntary work days and Sundays. You can take the initiative yourself, so decided in the FRUC – the center of reception and unloading of fuel JSC AlES and organized the day of planting trees.

Fortunately, October pleases with fine days. Almost a dozen people came out and planted 350 trees on the territory of the administrative building of the FRUC, the Locomotive Depot and on the railway section.
“Of course, we did this, first of all, in order to prevent the accumulation of melt water and subsidence of railways in the autumn-winter period, as well as to improve environmental standards,” – said Guldana Adilbekova, leading engineer of the PTO center for fuel reception and unloading. “Karagach seedlings were planted because they are characterized by high endurance, survivability and longevity, capable of living for more than 100 years. This is not a one-time action – in fact, since the creation of the FRUC, the team has tried to ennoble and improve the territory. Well, when the Taza Kazakhstan movement unfolded on a large scale in the country, this is now our everyday life. A comfortable workplace means good labor productivity, safety, and good mood of employees.”

In fact, such a simple thing as planting trees, shrubs, flowers turned out to be an effective measure to solve problems with groundwater and rainwater, which previously flooded the fuel oil industry, washed away railway tracks. Railway power engineers became convinced of this shortly after the creation of the FRUC in March 1998. In the early years, “floods” occurred – after a heavy downpour, the Kargalinka River began to drown the objects of the center, in particular, fuel oil. So that this does not happen in the future and does not create more problems, the river was ennobled on its own, sheathed with stone, and trees were planted on the site. And beauty, and benefit, and employees in hot weather can spend a break in the shade of trees…
