Annual tradition of taking care of employees’ health at AlES JSC

For many years employees of JSC AlES have been following the tradition to be vaccinated against influenza. Vaccination is an effective method of prevention and is carried out before the seasonal increase in morbidity. This helps to strengthen the immunity of employees and reduce the level of morbidity in the autumn-winter period. Immunity after vaccination lasts for a year, so annual vaccination is recommended for better protection.

– For the last five years I have been regularly vaccinated against influenza. It helps me to protect myself during epidemics and keep my loved ones healthy. I work with people, so I think it’s important to protect the health of others, said Galina Gorbovskaya, Head of HR Department at CHPP-3.

– My work is related to compliance with the pass regime, in any weather we are at the checkpoint, after receiving the vaccine, I am not afraid to get sick, – said Zhazken Mysaev, the duty officer of the pass office of Kapshagayskaya HPP named after Sh.Chokin.

The vaccination procedure was carried out in medical points of production departments and the Head Office of JSC AlES, with a preliminary medical examination by a doctor and within the framework of the month on health protection.

– Voluntary vaccination of all willing employees against influenza this year was carried out free of charge by medical workers of LLP “MS KAUSAR PLUS”, which provides services for pre-shift medical examination and examination of the Company’s employees, – said Karim Sartayev Head of the Department of Industrial Safety and Labour Protection of JSC AlES.
