Announcement of changes to tariffs for regulated low-power services

Almaty Electric Stations JSC hereby announces that by the Order of the Department of the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Almaty №81-OD dated 22 August 2025, the following tariff has been approved and will come into effect starting September 1, 2025:

• for the provision of access roads for rolling stock, provided that there is no competitive access road, in the amount of 371.97 tenge/wagon-km (excluding VAT).

The tariff was approved in accordance with subparagraph 5) of paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Natural Monopolies’ on the following grounds:

• increase in the volume of regulated services provided.
