AlES Women’s Club – a space for growth and open hearts
The last meeting of the AlES Women’s Club felt more like an informal gathering of close friends than a formal training session. In a cozy environment, the participants discussed complex and important topics such as gender equality, leadership and the role of women in the present-day world.

From the very first minutes, it became clear that here, everyone feels free to be themselves. There are no strict rules or formalities – only lively conversation, trust, and support. The women shared their thoughts on how to balance career and family, how to cope with stress, and how to maintain inner harmony.
“This isn’t just a lecture. It’s a dialogue. I felt like I was part of something bigger,” said Asem Dzhalgasbayeva, an environmental engineer at the CHPP-2 named after A.Zhakutov.

The meeting was led by Bayan Nurgalieva, Master of Psychology, an expert in the area of practical psychology and effective learning, and a certified Coach. She has been involved in the development of intelligence and personal potential for over 12 years, is the founder of the BRAMT network of speed reading and intelligence development schools, a multiple winner of professional awards and author of columns in the media. She has conducted more than 120 training sessions on the topics of ‘Team Building,’ ‘Leadership,’ and ‘Effective Communication’ at leading companies in Kazakhstan. This experience allowed her to structure the meeting program so that each topic was reflected in real life and was understandable to every participant.

Discussions about the principles of equality were interspersed with interactive activities: role games, productivity tests, and breathing practices. The participants laughed, were amazed, and even argued – but all of this helped them gain a deeper understanding of how equality and leadership manifest themselves in practice.

“Today’s training was great. We learned a lot and had a good time! Let’s have more meetings like this”, – said Lazzat Takperova, a laboratory assistant at ZTC.

The words of Gulnar Satybaldieva, a laboratory assistant at the CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev, were particularly memorable: “We thank the organisers for this heartfelt seminar. Everything went smoothly and cheerfully, but at the same time it was profound. Such meetings are very energising.”

Tatyana Vlasova, lead engineer of the Metals and Welding Service, also expressed warm emotions:
“The latest meeting of the Women’s Club reminded us once again that we are women. And gender equality is not at all a contradiction to men, but, on the contrary, harmony and cooperation. The CHPP-1 team held the meeting in an almost homely atmosphere – thank you for this warmth.

The AlES Women’s Club is becoming more than just a meeting of colleagues. It is a space of strength, growth and mutual support, where ideas and inspiration for future achievements are born. Each meeting is a step forward in creating an environment where women feel confident, free and truly significant.
The AlES Women’s Club brings together women from different professions and production departments, helping each of them to realize their potential and contribute not only to the development of the company, but also to the strengthening of the values of equality and harmony in society.
