AlES JSC is opening its doors to new specialists

AlES JSC does not just take part in job fairs – it creates real opportunities for future specialists. The company actively co-operates with educational institutions, assisting students and graduates to find their place in the professional world.

Since the beginning of the year, representatives of AlES JSC took part in the “Open Day” at the Eurasian Technical and Economic College. The company was honorably represented by the employees of the Human Resources Department Taizhan Aliya, Kurmangali Zhibek and Temirova Gauhar. This event became a bright event for students who got a unique opportunity to learn about vacancies, working conditions and career prospects in the leading energy company.

One of the innovations was the placement of QR codes with actual vacancies on the territory of the university, which allowed students to familiarize themselves with the offered positions by a few clicks and apply.

– The Open Day at the Eurasian Technical and Economic College became an important opportunity for us to introduce students to our company, – shared her impressions GaukharTemirova, a leading specialist of the Personnel Training Department. – The organization of the event was top-notch, and I was pleased to see the students’ keen interest. We told about career opportunities, shared actual vacancies, and QR codes allowed students to quickly get all the information. I was especially pleased that the guys actively asked questions and showed initiative. It inspires and gives confidence that we are on the right path.

AlES JSC is not limited to working only with graduates. At the end of February, the company took part in a job fair organized by the Labor Mobility Centre with the support of the Nauryzbay District Prosecutor’s Office. This event was aimed at supporting people who have arrears of alimony and are registered with the probation service.

– We tried not just to inform about vacancies, but also to support people who are looking for a new opportunities, said Aliya Taizhan, Leading Specialist of the Human Resources Department. – The fair was a great success, we interacted with many applicants, informed them about the company and the requirements for applicants. It is especially important that the event helped to collect about 15 CVs. We believe that such initiatives would help people to make a step towards a sustainable future.
