A man with a great deal of life experience

The staff of the Kapshagai Hydroelectric Power Plant named after Sh.Chokin congratulated Talgat Adilkhanovich Kalenov, a 5th grade hydraulic lift operator in the Motor Transport Department, on his 60th anniversary.

The life of the honoree is an example of hard work, responsibility, and dedication to his profession.

Talgat Adilkhanovich was born on September 6, 1965, in the Turkistan village of the Ayaguz district of the Semipalatinsk region. After graduating from the Y.Altynsarin School in 1982, and in 1983, he enrolled in the Taldy-Kurgan KSKHT Technical School, from 1983 to 1985, he served in the GDR. In 1987, he graduated from the technical school and obtained a qualification that paved the way for his professional life.

In 1990, he started a family and raised two children. From 2002 to 2010, he served under contract, continuing to contribute to the development of the country and strengthening its security.

Since 2023, Talgat Adilkhanovich has been working at the Kapshagai Hydroelectric Power Plant named after Sh.Chokin. During this time, he has proven himself to be an experienced and reliable employee who is responsible for the operation of specialized equipment. He is distinguished by his attentiveness, accuracy, and desire to learn new things.

His colleagues note his particularly valuable qualities: respect for people and a willingness to always come to the rescue. Talgat Adilkhanovich himself emphasizes that he values stability, an atmosphere of support and friendship in the team, as well as the importance of the work that each employee of the station performs.

Today, the jubilee celebrant plans to continue working at the Kapshagai Hydroelectric Power Plant until he retires. His life and professional career are a worthy example for young workers.
