According to the head, the main reason for the increase in costs for the production of thermal energy and the preparation of chemically treated water was the increase in fuel prices and prices for its transportation.
In addition, the report noted a decrease in the volume of heat energy consumption of heating networks by 14 percent, and the consumption of chemically treated water by 25 percent.
