Reconstruction of the central checkpoint of CHP-1 and the entrance gate:

In 2019, in accordance with the approved design and estimate documentation, construction and installation work was carried out on the facility: “Reconstruction of the central checkpoint of CHP-1 and the entrance gates”.

On the territory of CHP-1, the reconstruction of the checkpoint building was carried out, which consists in the superstructure of the 2nd floor, above the existing structure, a rectangular building. The frame of the building is solved in monolithic reinforced concrete and brick structures and has a plan size of 6.0 m * 3.6 m, with a floor height of 2.7 m, from floor to ceiling. Also, the device of 3-piece entrance gates, and the device of an observation deck for railway and motor transport.

The total cost of expenses amounted to 40,253.26 thousand tenge without VAT.

  • “Reconstruction of the CHP-3 checkpoint with the installation of two metal detectors”The old existing checkpoint building has been dismantled. A new 1-storey L-shaped building with a plan size of 12.33 x 8.0 m was built on the site of the old checkpoint.

    The construction of a truck shed with a height of 5m and a plan size of 20×7.4m, equipped with 4 video cameras, lighting, an observation pit, an observation platform and 2 automated sliding gates with control panels, has been completed for the new checkpoint building.

  • Soil survey and development of a project for the drainage of surface and groundwater from the territory of the Energy Repair plant. Execution of the CMP:In 2019, construction and installation works of the 1st stage were carried out at the production and repair base of the department of the Energy Repair Plant in accordance with the approved design and estimate documentation “Soil survey and development of a project for the drainage of surface and groundwater from the territory of the plant”: asphalt concrete pavement – 6200 sq. m. meters, the length of the stormwater system of open–type trays is 334 meters.

    The purpose of this work is to establish a system for the organized collection and drainage of surface waters from the adjacent territory, since the soil of the site of the production and repair base is bulk and has an unstable mobile state, which proves the constant formation of gullies, sinkholes and craters on the site.

    The total cost of expenses amounted to 33,754.56 thousand tenge without VAT.

  • Technical measures to protect the facilities of the Cascade of hydroelectric power plants: the sites of the Great Almaty Lake (BAO), pressure basins of HPP-9, HPP-10, HPP-11. Execution of the CMP. Technological solutions for this facility are characterized by the installation of reinforced concrete fences, the installation of gates, the installation of a spiral security barrier, the installation of perimeter security sensors and the installation of other perimeter security systems equipment at the pressure basins of HPP-9, HPP-10 and HPP-11.

Technological solutions for this facility are characterized by the installation of submersible level sensors in piezometric wells, the laying of overhead and underground communication cables, the installation of equipment for data collection and processing in the room of the BAO spillway operator.

  • “Completion of Reconstruction and equipment of the ORU-220 kV of the Kapshagayskaya HPP department of AlES JSCTo increase the reliability of power supply to consumers, to ensure safe working conditions for the station’s maintenance personnel, “Repair/reconstruction of electrical, electrical distribution/regulatory equipment and similar equipment (Reconstruction of the equipment of the ORU-220 kV department of Kapshagayskaya HPP JSC AlES) was carried out. Technological solutions for this facility are characterized by the replacement of air switches with gas-operated ones, the replacement of Disconnectors, current transformers, voltage transformers, secondary circuits, auxiliary equipment and building structures for equipment. Obsolete and physically worn-out equipment was replaced. The reconstruction of the ORU-220 kV equipment gave an increase in the reliability of the equipment, ensuring safe operation, and reducing the consumption of electricity for the own needs of the HPP consumed by the compressor farm to supply compressed air to air switches.

  • “Reconstruction of emergency event recorders of the ORU-220 kV Kapshagai HPP.””Work was carried out on the repair of control and measuring devices and automation and similar measuring instruments and equipment (“Reconstruction of emergency event recorders ORU-220 kV Kapshagai HPP. Technological solutions for this facility are characterized by the laying of cables, the installation of a cabinet with a device for emergency event recorders (RAS) “PARMA” included in it.

    After the reconstruction, the recording measuring devices have sufficient information content to provide a complete picture of reliable information about emergency processes and events in a single time frame, record and archive emergency processes and events, monitor the state of the RSiA devices and the position of switching devices in normal, emergency and post-emergency modes.
