  monitoring compliance by the staff of JSC AlES with PTE, PTB, PPB, labor legislation and other NTDs;
  timely and high-quality mandatory medical examination, medical examination of employees with the development of measures based on its results;
  conducting active immunization against the influenza virus in order to prevent the spread of influenza and other acute respiratory infections in the upcoming epidemic season;
  exchange of best practices in the organization of work in the field of occupational safety and health with other subsidiaries of Samruk-Energo JSC.
