The main environmental measures for 2015

Protection of atmospheric air:

1. Reconstruction of burners, emulsifiers, anti-corrosion works, replacement of metal structures, pipes, worn surfaces, elimination of violations in the technological cycle at boiler units of CHP-1, 2, 3.

The planned costs are 169 million tenge.

2. Repair and replacement of VZP cubes, repair of nodes and equipment settings, routine adjustment of aspiration installations, work in accordance with the regime maps, work to eliminate dusting at the ash dumps of CHP-1, 2, 3.

The planned costs are 243 million tenge.

Protection and rational use of water resources:

1. Repair of ash pipelines, pumping equipment in boiler, turbine, chemical workshops, treatment plants of CHP-1.

The planned costs are 53 million tenge.

2. Carrying out restoration and repair works of the hydrosol removal system, production systems, clarified water storage tanks of CHP-2.

The planned costs are 18 million tenge.

3. Repair and replacement of worn fittings of auxiliary pumping equipment of CHP-3.

The planned costs are 4 million tenge.

Protection of land resources: Implementation of SMR, reconstruction of slopes and the crest of ash dumps, construction of a collapse dam, humidification of highways, installation of pipelines for irrigation of beaches, for disposal to third-party organizations of hazardous production and consumption waste and solid waste.

The planned costs are 1,570 million tenge.
