The energy of loyalty: from a family of dynasties
Marking the 50th anniversary of Irina Ivanova, duty officer at the pass office of the Kapshagai HPP named after Sh.Chokin
A warm June day was marked by a special event – Irina Nikolayevna Ivanova, the pass office attendant, celebrated her 50 th birthday. Everyone who has ever crossed the threshold of the Kapshagai Hydroelectric Power Plant named after Sh.Chokin knows her.
Irina Nikolayevna started working at the station in 1993, when she began her career in the staff kitchen. For three decades, she has come a long way, from her first steps in the profession to the responsible and respected position of duty officer. In that time, the station has become her second home, and her colleagues have become her family. However, the word “family” has a symbolic meaning here in the literal sense: Irina Nikolayevna is a representative of the Ivanovs dynasty, who have dedicated their lives to the power industry.
Irina Nikolaevna always remains collected, reliable and attentive in her post. She doesn’t just control the passageway – she is the first person to be greeted by the station’s staff and guests, creating an atmosphere of order and goodwill. Colleagues note her punctuality, impeccable knowledge of the rules and the ability to act calmly in any situation – whether it’s an emergency situation or an important visit.
“Irina Nikolayevna is a warm-hearted person, who is always attentive, sensitive and responsive. She is easy-going and calm. The team values her not only for her professionalism, but also for her warmth and ability to offer support in word and deed,” says Angelina Nesterova, chief personnel specialist at the station.
Her anniversary was a chance for everyone to share their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation. Colleagues, supervisors, and friends all congratulated Irina on this important milestone. And she, as always, responded modestly and warmly to each wish:
“I was delighted to receive many heartfelt wishes and sincere congratulations from my colleagues and management on a day that was very important to me. This truly confirmed that I work in a remarkable team where I am valued and supported. I have spent many years at the Kapshagai HPP, and during that time there have been many good moments that have left a warm mark on my soul.
It is particularly pleasing to know that there are kind, attentive people around me with whom I can not only work, but also share joyful events. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who was there for me, who shared kind words and simply gave me a smile. Working in such a team is a great privilege”.
