Successful cooperation between employer and graduates
At the end of May 2024 in JSC ALT University named after Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev the annual Job Fair was held. The annual Job Fair, one of the most significant events for students and employers, was held at ALT University n.a. Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev at the end of May 2024.
AlES JSC employees took an active part in this event, continuing the tradition of effective co-operation with the university.
The job fair provided graduates with a unique opportunity to meet with representatives of companies and learn about current vacancies and career prospects. Employers, including representatives of JSC AlES, conducted individual interviews with graduates, which allowed students to receive valuable advice on how to successfully pass the interviews.
Gaukhar Temirova, specialist of the Personnel Training Division of JSC AlES noted that the event was organised at the highest level.
– It was the first time I took part in a job fair on behalf of the company. It is a quick and effective way for graduates to find a place to work, and also for us – a quick way to find young specialists. We were able to counsell 32 graduates in one day, – Gauhar shared.
She also emphasised that JSC AlES received a merchandise from the university and a letter of thanks.
At the Fair, representatives of JSC AlES counselled students, answered their questions, handed out flyers and business cards. Each student had his/her own questionnaire in which companies filled in information about vacancies and contact details for feedback. This allowed the graduates to get up-to-date information first-hand and immediately leave their CVs with interested employers.
– The event was an important platform for interaction between students and employers. Five power engineering graduates left their CVs for employment with our company, – said Dilnaz Dyusembayeva, training engineer at PRC Energoremont.
The annual Job Fair at ALT University named after Mukhamedzhan Tynyshbayev continues to be an important event that strengthens the link between the educational process and the needs of business, helping students to find decent jobs, and employers – promising and qualified specialists.
We would like to remind that in April JSC AlES also took part in the city job fair “Career Day”, which was organised to support the employment of young people, including young people of NEET category (not involved in education, employment or training).
