Special merits: jsc «ales» awarded the best ones

On Power Engineer’s Day, JSC “Almaty Electric Stations” expressed pride and recognition to those who, through their labour and dedication, provide light and heat for the city and Almaty region. The solemn award ceremony dedicated to the results of 2023 was not only a moment of summing up, but also a reward for selfless labour, professionalism and dedication.

Yerik Mashirov, Chairman of the Board of JSC “AlES”, expressed gratitude and appreciation to all employees of the company for well-coordinated work. In his words sounded confidence that it is the unity, professionalism and creativity of the team that allows to overcome difficulties and realise the most daring plans. This is confirmed by the awards presented to the best employees of the company.

Among those recognised for their outstanding work are true heroes of labour. Larisa Tulakshina, Head of the electrical laboratory of the electrical shop of CHPP-3, was awarded the III degree of order “Yenbek danky”, Nataliya Alakushikova, senior foreman for repair of thermal insulation at CHPP-1 in Production and repair enterprise “Energoremont”, was awarded the medal “Yeren yenbegi ushin”. Yerkin Fazilov, turbine shop operator of CHPP-2 named after A.Zhakutov, awarded with the medal “Yenbek Ardageri” of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Beibit Maksutov, Head of boiler shop of the CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev, awarded with the medal “Elektr energetikasy salasyna koskan ulesi ushin” of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

But this is only a part of the festive day. The title “Enbek sinirgen energetic” of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan was awarded to Sergey Gopak, shift supervisor of the power plant shop of CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev, Karlybai Kadekov, foreman of the repair section of thermal automation and measuring equipment of CREO-1 of Production and repair enterprise “Energoremont”, and the title of “Yenbek sinirgen energetic” of the Ministry of Energy of RK.

The badge “Honoured Power Engineer of KEA” was awarded to Roman Krivko, Head of Regimes Service, Didar Batyrbayuly, Head of Boiler Shop of CHPP-3, Sergey Solotkin, Leading Engineer of Electrical Engineering Laboratory of Electrical Machine Shop of Kapshagayskaya HPP named after Sh.Chokina.

An important moment of the day was the honouring of the employees whose names are inscribed in the Company’s Book of Honour. These are Nurbolat Mukhaev, shift supervisor of the power plant of CHPP-1 named after B.Orazbayev, Zhadyra Soltanova, Head of personnel department of CHPP-2 named after A.Zhakutov, Farhat Tolepbergenov, foreman of the production area of the electric shop of CHPP-3, Nikolay Balaev, shift supervisor of the power plant of the Operation Group of the Kapshagayskaya HPP named after Sh.Chokina, Marat Baimoldinov, engineer on organisation of equipment operation of Electromechanical shop of Cascade of hydroelectric power plants, Aibol Dauletov, leading engineer of repair preparation group of Western thermal complex, Maksat Eshmaganbetov, head of production and technical department of Energoremont, Darhan Keneshkaliev, Chief Specialist of Production and Technical Department of the Fuel Receiving and Unloading Centre, Kaynarbek Kerimkulov, Head of Technical Department of JSC “AlES” – their names are now inscribed in the Company’s history as shining examples of dedication and professionalism.

54 sportsmen of the Company received diplomas from the Energy Trade Union and 14 guys from Samruk-Energy JSC for sports achievements in 2023.
