In April 2019, activists of the youth organization “Zharkyn Bolashak” together with the trade union organization JSC “AlES” provided support to large families of the Auezovsky district of Almaty.
Today we saw the conditions in which large families live and got acquainted with their problems. We have been involved in charity work for six years, providing assistance and support to those in need as much as possible. Today we presented a food basket to support large families, ” said Baglan Umirov, an activist of the youth organization, chief specialist of the Fuel technical control Service of AlES JSC.
Recently, much attention has been paid to large and needy families. Today, representatives of the company visited these three families. Among them is Guldana Kaldybayeva, a single mother with four children. My husband returned six years ago. The eldest daughter Meruert (20 years old) is a student of the Kazakh National Agrarian University. The other three children: Aruzhan (12 years old), Yerkebulan (10 years old) and Zhasulan (8 years old) are at home with their mothers. The diagnosis of all three children is “childhood autism”. Autism is a type of disorder that is first observed in infancy and has persistent developmental disorders of the nervous system.
The family lives in a rented apartment. Children can’t do anything on their own. He doesn’t say. According to Guldana’s mother: “we moved to Almaty to treat these children and improve their health. In our small yard, there are no specialists or institutions that would treat the diseases of our children. It’s not easy with children. If one child, then all three have the same disease. They are not enough to receive treatment, take them to a special institution for adaptation, or bring them back. Despite this, I go to a rehabilitation and wellness center. It employs specialists who develop children at an early age, provide correctional assistance, take into account the specifics of children with autism, and help parents discover their children’s abilities. Thanks to such a center, we help our children. I get a pension for my children. However, we have a lot of losses. I hope to get a quota for their treatment. He also needs to collect documents and pass medical examinations. Like any mother, I want my children to recover. I have a lot of hopes for my children. My youngest son, Jasulan, is perceptive, insightful, and understands the words, ” Don’t touch, Don’t touch, open/close the door.” Unfortunately, we learned about our children’s illness late. I gave birth to my fourth child when I found out that my children were unusual, not like others. In infancy, my children are no different from other children. They didn’t just say, but the doctors told me, that it was too late for your children to develop. I am very satisfied with the staff of AlES JSC, paying attention to our needs and providing assistance.
