He began his career in CHPP-2 in 1996 and since then has remained faithful to one production team for many years. Consistently mastering professions and improving qualifications, Adilbek Khalikhbaevich went from working specialties to the position of senior engineer, having accumulated deep knowledge and unique practical experience in operating boiler equipment.

Colleagues and management mark him as a specialist who thoroughly knows technological processes, is able to quickly navigate in non-standard situations and make balanced technical decisions. Under his leadership, shifts work clearly and harmoniously, ensuring stable and trouble-free operation of boiler units. An important page of his professional biography was his participation in the launch and expansion of the thermal and mechanical equipment of the station, including the commissioning of boiler unit №8.

Adilbek Khalykhbaevich is actively involved in the training of young workers, passing on to them not only professional skills, but also a responsible attitude to business, a safety culture and respect for the energy profession. Many of his students today confidently work in responsible areas of production.
