In accordance with the approved development plan, AlES JSC carried out measures to replace, upgrade, reconstruct, re-equip existing assets, new construction, as well as maintain the current production level in the amount of 4,537.045 million tenge (including 2,278.943 million tenge according to the cap plan. construction).

As part of the execution of the approved development plan, AlES JSC developed projects with further implementation and carried out the following main activities:

  • Complex of works on commissioning and registration of emptying pavilions for the department of CHP-1 of JSC AlES
  • Reconstruction of combined ash and slag removal system of CHP-2 (5,6,7 stage)
  • Preservation of the ash dump of CHP-3. Turn 2. Execution of the CMP.
  • Reconstruction of the ORU-35/100/220kV Kapshaigai HPP equipment. Execution of the CMP.
  • Reconstruction of waterproofing of the ORU-220kV cable tunnel of Kapshaigai HPP. Execution of construction and installation works (CMP).
  • Technical measures to protect the facilities of the Cascade of hydroelectric power plants: the sites of the Great Almaty Lake (BAO), pressure basins of HPP-9, HPP-10, HPP-11. Execution of the CMP.
  • Soil survey and development of a project for the drainage of surface and groundwater from the territory of the PRP. PSD development
  • The site for the storage of solid waste of the ZTC
