PRP “Energoremont” and with the participation of JSC “Kazremenergo” carried out major overhauls of three turbine units and six boiler units, which led to a significant increase in productivity. Particular attention is paid to replacing various elements and parts of units, which contributes to their long-term performance.

In addition to turbine units and boiler units, work was carried out to repair transformers, lifting mechanisms, as well as replace slabs on reinforced concrete flues. Repair work also affected the metal structures and buildings of the station, ensuring the safety and reliability of the entire complex.

In general, the repair work carried out at CHPP-2 in 2023 brought significant positive results. Thanks to the efforts of both the enterprise personnel and contractors, the station is ready for successful operation in the autumn-winter period.
