Recognition of the work of power engineers: employees of AlES JSC were awarded high awards

The solemn ceremony of awarding employees of the Samruk-Energo group of companies, timed to coincide with the Energy Day, was a moment of special pride for the entire industry. On this day, people gathered on one site, whose work is rarely in sight, but without which the life of modern cities is impossible – those who are responsible for the light, heat and stability of the country’s energy system around the clock.

Among the awarded are employees of AlES JSC. For them, this appearance on the stage became not just an official part of the ceremony, but a point of understanding their own path, many years of work, night shifts, difficult decisions and the responsibility that the power engineer carries in daily basis.

The honorary title “Samyryk-Energo aktsionerlik kogamynyn enbek sinirgen energetigi” was awarded to Andrei Samoshchenkov, shift supervisor of the power plant of the operation group of the CHPP-3 production department. “At this moment, it was especially acutely felt that the title was addressed not only to a specific person, but also to the entire shift, to the entire team working in constant readiness mode.” Andrei Ivanovich noted that energy is a profession where it is impossible to be “alone”: here each result is born from trust, coherence and the ability to lend a shoulder at the most crucial moment. His words sounded like a recognition of respect for colleagues with whom they share one shift and one responsibility.

Oleg Pirozhkov, deputy head of the fuel and transport department of the CHPP-3, who received the Certificate of Honor of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, spoke of his award as a symbol of collective labor. Behind this diploma are accurate calculations, discipline, control, continuity of processes and people who daily ensure uninterrupted fuel supply. In his words, there was a calm, mature pride in the profession, in which there is no place for chance, and every decision matters.

Alexander Linnik, shift supervisor of the power plant of the Cascade HPP operation group, noted by the Letter of Thanks of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, stressed that work at hydroelectric power plants requires special concentration and internal silence. Here it is important to be able to listen to the equipment, feel the process and be responsible for every minute of work. The award received became for him a sign of trust and confirmation that calm, smooth, trouble-free work is also the highest professionalism.

Yevgenyi Aleksandrovich Ilyin, foreman of the boiler equipment repair site CHPP-3 PRP Energoremont, was awarded the badge “Enbek sіnіrgen energetik.” His words especially accurately reflected the essence of the repairman’s profession – to be ready to enter the facility when necessary, and to do your job so that it is not talked about. He noted that this award is a recognition of the work of those who work “behind the scenes,” but it is their hands, experience and accuracy that become the backbone of the reliability of the entire station.

The emotional culmination of the ceremony was the performance of Aydany Turganbekkyzy, the chief economist of the CPVT, who opened the event with a performance in kobyz. In her music, what is difficult to express in words sounded: the tension of responsibility, respect for the people of labor and a sense of belonging to a big common cause. She admitted that, going on stage, she acutely felt the scale of what was happening – people were sitting in front of her, thanks to whom light and warmth come to entire cities. Excitement gave way to excitement when the hall responded with support, and after the final chords there was a bright sense of inner unity and pride in their profession and team.

This ceremony was a living reminder that energy is not only about technology and capacity, but people. Their character, endurance, responsibility and loyalty to the profession. It is these specialists who form the stability of the industry and create confidence in the future – not with loud words, but with daily work.
